:break_diet:Fell off plan today!!! Raging at myself!! Stuck to plan all night last night didnt even have wine or anything even though everyone was drinking all around me. Yet this morning when i woke up i had the proper munchies like i had been on the drink :( I had hoped to stick to plan all weekend as next weekend i am going away for the weekend with the hubby and my sister and her partner so i know the will be lots if food and drink then!!!

I had an all day breakfast from the chippy for brunch although it has filled me up all day. I haven't had anything since. The biscuit tin is calling me though now. but i am just gonna make a cuppa and have orange and go to bed an draw a line under today!!! Looks like another week were my flipping last half pound to get that stone and 1/2 award. :( Right back on plan in the morning!!!

Its my wonderful hubbys birthday today!! I am stuck in work till 4 but I am going to go home and make a nice big sw roast chicken dinner!!! Work at the weekend is sent to torment me!!!! Its always really quiet so I get bored easy. When I get bored I want to eat lol!!! After yesterday though I thought I better prepare for this so I have brought half a flipping fruit bowl with me to munch on!!

Today I will have:
Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs and 1 slice of hovis granary med slice (4.5 Syns) Pear and a mandarin
Lunch - pasta n sauce Cheese and leek and ham (1 Syn) banana, mandarin, and a pear
Dinner - Maggi chicken (3 Syns) lots of veg and potatoes.

Total syns - 8.5 Syns

You can do it Bubble, just take a deep breath, relax and remind yourself of how well you have done so far.

Just catching up on diaries after being away from here for a couple of days - I don't think your "day off plan" was too bad hun - just think back to the "old days" - would you have drunk the night before, still had the fry up and then ate more that day - sometimes when I beat myself up about going off plan I think back to what I used to do and then things don't look so bad :) xx
 
thanks for all ur support girls!!! I know i am a different person to the girl who strted out on this weight loss journey!! As Kirsty said before this I really did just eat and drink what i want but i think more before i eat now!!!

Weigh in tonight i actually really look forward to my wee class its gets me out of the house and i get some craic with all the lovelies at my group!!! as today is weigh in day don't really eat after lunch till i come from group.

Today I will have:

Breakfast: Banana pear and Hifi bar HXB
Lunch -Tuna and mozzarella (low fat) Bake added tomatoes fresh and canned, chillies, mushroom spring onions and sweetcorn. 25g of mozzarella per serving (2.5 syns I think) x2 oranges
Dinner - After group will be the same pasta bake
 
I was on the go from early this morning keep waking up 20mins before the alarm needing to pee :( I could really be doing with the extra 20mins in bed lol!!! So this morning I thought I would marinade my turkey strips that I had set out the dinner later. I think this may be a bit hit or miss as I dont know if it smell to good lol!! I just cut up the trukey into strips and added:
2 tbsp of worstershire sauce
6 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce (9 Syns)
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of honey (2.5 Syns)
Between 3 people (4 Syns)
Will just stir fry the turkey and then stir fry lots of veg and have some rice with it.

Was really pleased with my weight loss last night as this got me my my 1 and half stone award :D
 
Forgot to say for my meal plan today I will have:
Breakfast - Hifi HXB banana and orange
Lunch - Tuna and mozzarella pasta bake HXA For cheese on top
Dinner - My stir fry with rice (4 Syns)
