Still in bed with THAT time of the month pains but I'm still sleeping ok at night and the pain relief is working its magic .

I know the pain is only being masked which I am worried about but it won't mask the investigations as things will still show up if there's anything there

The snow only last 10 minutes then turned to rain

Scales are back down slightly from yesterday so I'm hoping they stay like that so I get a loss tomorrow

Great the scales have moved down some...that would be a good morale booster!!

I actually had two eggs today...I don't tend to eat many eggs though.

I've never baked them in a mushroom...good idea, then cheese over?

It went a bit wrong as my husband misread the recipe and didn't realise broil meant grill

I can put the link on tomorrow but yes I assume that's what he did with the cheese

I've filled mine with some roughly ground nuts mixed with a little passata and cubes of feta on top and baked in oven...that's tasty, as I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms really.

Work to get through then weigh in tonight and I'm hoping for a loss. My scales indicate a loss but who knows

Didn't sleep well at all due to time of month issues and the cat kept bouncing up and down

Eyes are sore today as I'm so tired

Well it so wasn't as I had a STS which totally shocked me as my scales were definitely down

Oh I so know how you feel Jaffa...sometimes we can't make out the differential between home and those group scales!! As you know, I was right put out last week...!! At least you're still in target...
