Yes I've been coughing for weeks but rarely during the day now and rarely during the night just mornings when I get up and night when I go to bed

Oh its 100% better I've stopped taking cough mixtures now after taking them on and off for a month

I've always had a morning cough even though I'm a non smoker and I've never smoked its just a lot worse at the moment.

Bed soon for me as I'm exhausted after 2 full days of work and I'm on tomorrow as well

Boss has just said we might shut up the office about 4 to 4.30 so I'll go and sit in my mums as I helping my consultant again tonight but not till 6.30
Her Friday morning class as changed to tonight just a pay and weigh no image therapy due to the bank holiday so her usual helpers aren't available

I did a huge batch of roasted veg and roasted new potatoes the other day and froze them in bags so it's something easy to pull out of the freezer
