You've done well, even with eating out at the w/e...brilliant work! Lets hope I can do something *spectacular* tomorrow as I don't really want to miss another weigh in.
Now eating out tomorrow night with my mum and going to her local Chinese restaurant plus meal out on Saturday and maybe off plan Sunday or Monday or both !!

I've only just realised the B/H is this w/e...thought it was the week after. I'm never keen to go far because the traffic on the coast is always bad. Either folk heading this way or others driving along the coast. I have read the weather's supposed to perk up too.
Yes I know that happens to us all with body fluctuation etc but my issue really is eating stuff I shouldn't be that just sits tight in my system and bloats my stomach. I really have to be more diligent in my choices.
I started today... We were invited to friends this afternoon. Joseph being Joseph wanted to take a cake or biscuits with us but I disagreed saying when they came to us we (he) provided those. I was determined that if they offered anything I'd probably politely decline (wheat!) but thank goodness nothing was on offer!! Success!
Had a lovely meal out and didn't make bad choices.
I had sweetcorn soup followed by bean curd in black bean sauce with beansprouts instead of noodles or rice
Scales up by 0.5 to 1lb but to be expected as Tuesday I only ate 2 egg muffins and melon before weigh in
Whereas yesterday I ate normally and had Chinese last night
