Yes, I had pepperoni on my pizza and it was very nice, thank you.
Quick question about weigh days... Clearly it's better to weigh in after a down day, but if you choose to weigh in on a Saturday every week, that's going to be the day after an up day every other week.
How do others get around that?
Anyhow... I weighed in today, cos it's Saturday and I can announce I stayed the same. There's exciting.
Now I might've expected to end up a little lower tomorrow but unfortunately I've most definitely had an ID (that may well be on the cusp of an UD, actually). I say unfortunately, but I did enjoy every bite of the large slice of carrot cake I had. :drool: So, not to worry, but tomorrow needs to be an UD, or at least an ID so that I can partake in the Sunday dinner I'm going to cook for DH and DS. Maybe an ID would be best, actually, followed by an UD on Monday cos I need to be able to have an UD on Wednesday (that definitely can't be an ID - probably out to lunch with my team and out to dinner with my Dad that evening).
Isn't it nice that you don't have to feel like you've blown the diet? I mean, I guess you have to take care that you don't have whole strings on UDs
but it's really cool that you can switch over to an UD if you need to. It definitely is better for that ol' "Diet Head" thingy.
Hope you've all had a good Saturday. Sure, it'd be nice to see the sun, but at least my son's bedroom is clean again (yes, I know I should make him do it himself, but he'd never have gone up the corners with the Dyson!
