Had a busy weekend, went to Thorpe Park on Saturday and had Burger and Lattice chips as that is what everyone wanted, also DH does not like sugar free soft drinks so we keep filling up our cup all day with full sugar drinks, I try to limit myself but dont want to de-hydrate..... did fill up on a pint of beer with my lunch tho. Had 2 doughnuts each also before leaving park, but although I had normal cereal and milk breakfast, I didn't have any tea, so limited my calories slightly that way. Sunday, my mum took us out for her 70th birthday. We had drinks and nibbles before we went, so I had already had my normal cereal and milk breakfast, 2 slices of swiss roll in church, and then macadamia nuts, olives, sundried tomatoes and mushrooms, plus 2 small glasses of wine before dinner. Steak Pie and mash for dinner (big portion) and then Lemon Meringue Roulade with cream for dessert.... I was so totally stuffed.... not forgetting the 2 glasses of wine with dinner and a latte afterwards. So a very UP UP AND AWAY DAY on Sunday.... today is down day....
Saturday 184lb (Official WI day) lost 0.6lb
Sunday 185.4lb (Post UP day +1.4lb) +1.4lb
Monday 187.8lb (post UP day +2.4lb) +3.8lb
Not at all surprised by the gain though, and today is a DD, tomorrow is an UP but I will be careful with what I eat and try to keep my calories below 1600. Then alternate days until the end of the week.
A NSV, I bought a Next top last year in the sale and it was slightly tight around my tummy, I thought I would lose weight, but was then ill and managed to put on the 2 stone in a month, so it has never gone anywhere near me since. Last week it was tight, but this week it fits fine, so really pleased with that.... woohoo!! Strange that it fits as I only lost 0.6lb on the scales.
