Lisa's Maintenance Shizzle

Hiya,

Im really enjoying my food and trying different things, i'm probably not having as much variety as I should but I'm really happy with my choices and feel like this is it for life now :)

I'm definitely 200% healthier than I was and I'm exercising every day too x x

Its amazing how it is actually a lifestyle change, and all for the better.

Well done and glad you are enjoying. Choices of food are an individual thing anyway, just eat what you enjoy.

STS this week which I'm pleased with, could have been worse as had a good few naughties yesterday with TOTM due anytime and last time I put 3lb on :)

Today's food

B - porridge & raspberries
D - ryvita, philly, ham
T - salmon, 3 veg, baby new pots
S - lf yog, grapes

Hiya, it is all a bit daunting isn't it, it will get easier though I can assure u of that.

I find now that I'm basically eating the same everyday but alternating my teas, it's getting me through and I know that I can have a treat every so often cos I'm good the rest of the time :)

I'm sure u will do fine, we both had the same determination on TFR and stayed 100% the whole time so I'm sure once u have a plan u will stick to it x x

Well done on the sts :)

Well, just spent £102 in primark (I'm classy me I am) got lots as u can imagine and I'm loving the baggy style of things at the moment as I was able to buy size 10s in lots of tops! Woo!

That's my wardrobe replaced now from the fat clothes to thin, roll on the hol in 4 weeks :) x x

Aint nothing wrong in Primark chick!! :p I love it in there! xx

I love it now I can fit in their clothes!x x

Great feeling replacing that wardrobe. Make sure you hang on to just one thing. A skirt or a pair of trousers so that you can now and again remind yourself how far you've come & how well you've done. It's tempting to chuck everything but when people do they're usually sorry they didn't hang on to SOMETHING just for comparisons sake xx

Yeah it's fab, I have kept a pair of work trousers that were getting tight on me, when I put them on now it's mental to see how much smaller I am, thanks for the tip x x x

If you look at the 'Big Pants - show us what you used to wear' thread. You'll be surprised at the number of people who can't do it because they didn't keep anything and are now sorry :) x

Woohooo, isnt it great to go clothes shopping after LT.

It's been brilliant, I went to Manchester a few weeks ago and hardly got anything, I went in Doncaster where I live today just spur of the moment and got loads :) x x

Thats usually the case. I love nothing better than nipping over to Asda when I am nightshift, and buying clothes. I am not as bad as I used to be, but I had to use 2 spare wardrobes for all my clothes, I REALLY got the bug lol. Quite an addiction if you dont take it in hand.

Flippin eck I only have one wardrobe so no chance of spilling over! I've still got to go Asda so may have some more items to add in yet :)

Today's food

B - Porridge & Raspberries
D - ryvita, philly, side salad
T - unsure, OH wants steak n real chips I'll see how I feel later
S - lf yog, satsuma

Yummy food today. Little tip for your chips, you probably know already, but just peel your pots, cut into chips and dry with kitchen roll, then spray them and the tray with frylite, bung them in a high oven for about half hour or so, turning occassionally - yummy.

No I didn't know this, he wanted to deep fry them! We prob only have them 3-4 times a year tho. Would your way be healthier than oven chips so I can bear in mind for the future?x x x

We had quiche, oven chips & beans (small portion for me) then went on to have a full bottle of wine & a tube of smarties! TOTM arrived this morn so choc cravings should subside soon :) x
