Todays food

B - porridge & raspberries
D - tesco meal bar (at work)
T - could be Sunday dinner if OHs sis plates me one up, if not then salmon, 3 veg, new pots
S - satsuma, lf yog
 
Oven chips would probably have more oil, the frylite is virtually fat free, and free to use on many diets. The chips do taste nicer than shop bought ones too. I do my roast potatoes in the same way now, but I par boil them for about 10 minutes, leave to cool, then shake them around to roughen up the edges, spray and blitz in the oven.

You could even add things like paprika or crushed black pepper, any sort of spice you like to the chips. Makes a nice change.

Menu looks great today.

S - lf yog, frys chocolate cream, jammie wagon wheel, goin mad for choc with this TOTM :( extra exercise later!

No I didn't know this, he wanted to deep fry them! We prob only have them 3-4 times a year tho. Would your way be healthier than oven chips so I can bear in mind for the future?x x x

We had quiche, oven chips & beans (small portion for me) then went on to have a full bottle of wine & a tube of smarties! TOTM arrived this morn so choc cravings should subside soon :) x

Weight Watchers oven chips are yummy too!

Good choices there, you seem to be well into the food now, and I agree with the choccy, TOTM has a lot to answer for.
 
Yesterday wasn't too bad, stuck to my menu but also had a little bag of mini party rings :) at least it wasn't 2 choc bars again!

Aww thanks, I seem to have the same things all the time but alternated each day, it's working tho so im happy :) x x
 
Just ordered a riser for my Wii balance board, it raises it by 3" so should intensify (I think that's what I mean) my workout as it's starting to get easier at the mo, can't wait for it to arrive :) x x

Just read that back before posting and can't believe I'm actually excited about exercising! At the start of the year I'd have much rather watched tv with some rubbish food to nibble on and now I watch it doing a step routine with my wrist weights on! Go me, ha ha! What a change x x x

B - nothing, sorry, was running late and all out of meal bars, have been today and got 4 boxes.
D - dairylea lunchables, not very good but was out and it was that or something a lot worse!
T - BBQ, 1 burger no bread, chicken breast, salad, baby pots, spoon coleslaw.
S - choc muffin & bottle bulmers

Oh well tomorrow is another day :) x x
 
I don't see anything much wrong with today hon .. not for maintaining. It wouldn't be a good day if you were looking for a loss but I think that's fine :) xx
 
Good idea about the WII Fit thingy that raises the board, that will definitely make a difference to the intensity.
