Feeling much better after taking Actifed, dont know if you've heard of it but it's fab for getting rid of colds it's only a few pounds and u get it from a chemist. One tablet every 4-6 hrs, had my runny nose cleared up from the 1st one

T - chicken, mash, veg

Had the asda choc bars today, forgot I'd run out of bars so called at asda on way to work n they only had choc flavour but were £2 so even though I despise the tesco choc ones I had to give em a try. Well they weren't that bad actually and with me having to work an extra hour at work today I had two of them.

Back to normal health today

Weighed and had a STS which is great after the bday celebrations, the three days I've had so far with 2 products and a meal must def have helped

Going to keep on this track for the next few weeks as have a night out tomoz night for my cousins bday she was 29 three days after I was 30. Then the following weekend we are off to Scarborough to visit G's mum so will be out for a meal and ice cream will def be on the menu along with fish & chips one day

I found 2 products and a meal worked well for me when I was away last week. Even with some extras and 'naughty' meals I managed a small loss so hope it's good for you x

Today I have already been into town and got a free pandora leather bracelet! I went in to get charms with my birthday money and if u spent over £75 u got a free bracelet! Woo!

Well sat nite was a nightmare, me and a friend had shared a couple of drinks and we think one could have been spiked we were both home by 11.30 couldn't hardly stand and being sick

I was at work all day sun 10-5 and luckily our systems were down for the whole day so I was able to chill

Still wasn't feeling myself this morning so have had a picky day food wise and will be back on track tomorrow

Thanks, feeling better but not quite right but unsure if anything to do with saturday night or not.

Chilling with Ashley on the sofa today we have watched The Gruffalo, Cars and we are just about to watch Toy Story 3

Oh my, thats terrible to think your drink could have been spiked. Why people can do such things is beyond belief.
