Just back from a risk walk and got myself extra an 3pp good job really as it's Saturday and naughty food night all pointed though diary be up later.
I'm really on it this week heads in the right place and checking out gym prices although not my favourite places I might stick to walking the dogs

Well done on getting out for the walk, I've been saying all day that I'd go but the weather is miserable so the rain beat me to it!

I'm never sure about ready meals normally but have to say that beef in ale with mash was lovely and with the veg I had a right plate full. I just wasn't in the mood for coming home and cooking
 
Aww sorry to hear about your Aunt & work. I'm the same but my Aunt has ovarian cancer & my job is just pants, it makes me miserable.

Had a rubbish couple of days at work :(
Anyway got on the scales this morning and I lost 1lb so happy about that
