I may be over-thinking this, but I'm trying for people whose company I would enjoy (and could potentially re-populate the species with ) but also people with the practical skills to help us all survive.

Tricky.

I'm going for:

Patrick Stewart - that voice! and the eye candy - and he's an all-round good guy
Alan Titchmarsh - he makes me laugh, plus he'd be good for growing food
My beloved (aka "Z") - an impressive fisherman, and very practical for building things. Plus if there's any repopulating to do...
My DD - for the company, and she's someone who doesn't get fazed or panicked, and could help with repopulation
Henry Cavill - so she can have someone of her own generation/choice to repopulate with!
