1. Christmas eve when I was about 7 in my granny's house. I remember coming down the stairs, grabbing my advent calendar and snuggling up on my granda's chair to watch live and kicking. Nothing special, just a memory I love. In fairness all of my Christmases and time with my granny and granda would realistically take up this list but I'll try and pick some others 
2. Singing on stage with Westlife.
3. Having Boyzone and the whole Odyssey arena sing happy birthday to me (while I was on stage with them)
4. All of the times I've met Girls Aloud.
5. Florida hols with my family.

1. Mushroom risotto (made with a range of mushrooms)
2. Egg and beans (I'm a simple soul at heart!)
3. Chickpea Dhal with baked beans, mushrooms and spinach
4. Batchelors savoury rice with added onions, peppers and mushrooms
5. Attempting what I hope will be a firm favourite - Low syn pepperoni pizza (using quorn pepperoni style slices, and the cheese scone recipe for the base). Tea tomorrow!!!
