I think you do just get used to it as a daily thing to be honest. It’s like I have treat days but feel rubbish and glad when I’m back to eating less . When ever I have to much I know Iv eaten to much bloated and feel rubbish. Why not eat it but less that way u enjoy the food and ur jeans still fit haha it’s a winner .
