I think you do just get used to it as a daily thing to be honest. It’s like I have treat days but feel rubbish and glad when I’m back to eating less . When ever I have to much I know Iv eaten to much bloated and feel rubbish. Why not eat it but less that way u enjoy the food and ur jeans still fit haha it’s a winner .

Oh btw if u like ice creams they are pretty low calories
 
Good morning all,

I don't normally have a sneaky look at the scales the day after weigh in day, I normally wait until Saturday but for some reason I did today. The scales are showing a 1lb loss since yesterday. I'm going away tomorrow, so will probably have a look again in the morning, so hopefully that will keep me motivated all weekend.

My plan for today is to have very low calories again during the day. Now I've found Ainsley Harriett cup a soups for 60 calories I'm quite addicted to them and have been having them instead of my shake at lunch. So saving me 140 calories :)
I'm starting walking tonight with a friend, we have said we will do an hour walk on a Thursday after work when we can, so starting tonight. Then home for dinner, hubbies cooking, he's doing me a healthy breakfast. I'm thinking it will be omelette, mushrooms, tomatoes, herb potatoes and maybe a piece of toast. So if he sticks to that it should be around 600 calories.

Walking sounds good nice now evenings are lighter isn’t it. I could just a a cooked breakfast I haven’t had anythin yet being good

I love the lighter evenings, it would just be nice if we could have a few evenings without rain! I'm prayng it wont rain tonight!

I've not had anything yet this morning either. I'm planning on having some lentil snacks at about 12 and then a cup a soup at about 2ish. Hopefully that will see me through till dinner tonight and will only be around 150 calories.
 
Really would love someone here to cook for me occasionally, can be a task when you are just feeling tired or lazy and it's a treat isn't it! Enjoy!

It will be nice hun as I cook most days, so it will be nice to get home and have dinner made for me :)
I'm actually quite looking forward to the walk, it'll be nice to get some fresh air.
 
Good evening,

Just back from my walk, I went with a friend so it was nice. We did about 4 1/2 miles in just over an hour so was quite speedy for our first walk. I’ve got the most horrendous blisters now though, I normally walk everywhere in pumps, boots or flip flops but wore trainers as knew we would be walking quite fast. Ouch!!

Got back and hubby had dinner on the table, think I could get used to that 😄
Had tomato and onion omelette, her potato cubes, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and toast. It was gorgeous and worked out about 600 calories or a bit less. So with that and my 140 calories earlier that only makes 740 calories for the day!
 
Ye haven’t had had one for a while. I used to have the mug shots on slimming world. Trouble with me is I have to sort Olivia so I always want what she’s having lol.

Good idea for lunches tho il have a nose at them good for the not so hungry days
 
Just looked deffo goin to get some great for really hungry days aswell aren’t they cause once had that won’t want anythin as in snacking on stuff
 
Good morning....It's Friday yippee!!

As I'm away this weekend, I thought I would have a look at the scales this morning to hopefully keep me motivated over the weekend....I've only gone and done it, the scales are showing a 2lb loss since Wednesday, so that's 12 stone which is my Birthday target for next week!! I'm so pleased but won't call it official as it's not my weigh in day yet. Hopefully it will keep me on track over the weekend :)

My feet are killing this morning after my walk last night, stupid trainers, stupid blisters! I never wear trainers so should have expected blisters. The flip flops will hopefully be back out tomorrow!!

I've got a bit of a plan for the weekend....we are having a bbq one day I know that for sure but every other meal will be takeaway. So my plan is to have just toast for breakfast and then see if burger king has wraps, if so I'll have one of those. We're staying at Haven so I know there's a burger king, pappa johns and a chippy. I won't bother with the chippy as we'll be going into the town one day, so will get chips there. Hubby said I could share his chips, so that shouldn't be too bad. Then if we go to papa johns I'll just have a couple of slices of hubbys pizza. I really don't want it to all go wrong this weekend because I would get a massive buzz on my birthday if I can keep these 2lbs off.
 
Yay ur so goin to smash it now. Why don’t u go on Burger King website check out cals before you go . They don’t do wraps I don’t think but I’m sure chicken royale isn’t bad . Iv looked before and I’m sure it’s 800/900 for the meal but u don’t have to have the chips. They have mash and barrel pubs at haven might be better in there as will find somethin healthy. Which haven r u goin Olivia loves it at haven

I know last time we were there they had the mini wraps but they stopped doing them. I think they’ve brought out a new range of wraps recently but not sure if they’ll have them at haven as they don’t usually have the full menu. The friends we are going with always have takeaway and not eat in the bar. It’s a bit awkward really as it’s their holiday and they’ve invited us, so feel we should do what they want.
 
Oh ye haven’t really hit much choice then have you. Least with Burger King it’s filling so if you had a meal around 1/2 ish prob won’t want any tea . Also it’s better in a way because if your not hungry you don’t have to eat. It’s not like sitting in a pub is it where ur the only one not eating

Our friends like to have 3 meals a day, one being fried breakfast, lunch being chippy and dinner being burger king or pappa johns, then there's the snacks all day as well. We can't keep up with them. That's why I was thinking I could say I'm not hungry in the morning, so very little breakfast and then have bbq or small portion of chips at lunch and then a wrap or piece of pizza in the evening.
I'll try to get iced tap water from the bar to keep flushing it down instead of diet coke, lol.
 
Oh right god bit of a nightmare then. Least with calorie counting you can eat just eat less like you say 2 pieces of pizza . Least when u get home u will want salads and healthy foods after eating junk all weekend. Fish cakes are low or what about fish and leave batter that would be super low. I’d have nothin for breakfast just say not a breakfast person then fish and peas for dinner then just a small portion of what ever for tea. You will be fine you will be full up very quick as used to eating very little now aren’t you
