Tho remeber when I went on the excercise bike every night i think it worked out 15mins and I did like 5 Miles I lost nothin. Every day I was seeing a change on scales soon as I started doin that nothin moved was so annoying . Brill to tone up tho .

Cars are nightmare aren’t they at times. Ford made me laugh ours had to go in for a recall for 2 days when 3 months old and for us to have one of their cars it’s 1000 excess if have a accident. We basically didn’t bother Just incase.

I'm not using it to lose weight. Basically I already go on long bike rides from time to time with hubby and kid but where we live it is really hilly and I don't enjoy going out because I can't keep up and feel knackered by the time I've done a couple of miles. So I wanted this to try and build my strength up and hopefully longer term I can enjoy going on the more hill rides. I'm fine on the flat but it the hills kill me and make it not enjoyable. So I'm hoping to use this every day and then hopefully it will help....if not atleast my legs are moving while I'm at work :)

The only way I knew I would get a car was to call recovery because the AA sort it for you and not porsche. My car had to go into the garage a while back for a fault and they told me they could book it in and me get a courtesy car in 6 weeks time! It's ridiculous! The excess is really high but I've paid £10 a day to bring it down to zero.

Ye it’s beyond a joke isn’t it don’t spend thousands on cars to be treated that way when things go wrong. Hopefully it gets sorted quick for you

Haha I'm not good at hills because I have to push it and when I get off my legs are really wobbly, lol!!
 
Good morning all,

Well I went to witherspoons last night but my god, I was super healthy. While the others were having burgers and chocolate fudge cake, I had grilled chicken and mexican rice. I did have a couple of onion rings though. I'm not sure what I think about witherspoons putting calories on their menus, it said just for the plain grilled chicken it was 360 calories. I would have said 150 calories max. The rice was 200 and then not sure about the onion rings but imagine they are quite high. I was so pleased with my choice and I was full by the time I'd finished it.

After my 15 minutes cycling under my desk yesterday, my legs are still aching...that must mean it's working, right??!! No cycling for me today though, I'm going out for a long walk this afternoon, I started this last week with a friend and it nearly killed me, the blisters have almost heeled a week on, lol! I'm loving getting out and about though, especially when the weathers nice.
 
I would of been the one eatin the burger and choc cake aswell haha . Well done you I need to get my head back into thinkin ur goin to get fat eating that il choose healthy lol. I seem to choose bad but make it my only meal which does work aswell but oviously the healthy options are better.

Oh I like it when they tell u the cals really helps me choose better options. Chicken is around 130 cals for 100g if I remeber right. I prefer a full chicken as it looks more on plate once sliced up. Chicken breast can be quite dry can’t it I always over cook it lol

Haha I always overcook chicken as well, lol.
I normally like it when they put the calories on but I can't believe the chicken breast was so high. A full chicken breast which that was is around 170 calories when grilled, so not sure where they got 360 from and it was the healthier grilled option, plain with no flavourings.

I'm so motivated at the minute, even when I was away at the weekend I was good. I think it's because I can almost see 12 on the scales.
 
God knows then it’s a bonus for you really count it higher as I’m sure it’s less like you say.

That’s a shame about you friend least ur gettin extra practice on your pedals tho haha

Yep, just done another 15 minutes. Had to do it before my daughte
r and her friend come in to work after school because they'll nick it off me, lol!
 
Ye will be brill. I want to get bck in my bike after this hol. Not really bothered about looking a tank in pool this time but want to try improve myself for July . Years ago it worked wonders on my legs

I would definitely recommend the cycle thing I've got. I use it at work but you can use it while watching telly. It's so easy :)
You'll look and feel fab by July. You've still got a good few weeks to go and are still on target, so you'll be great.
 
Does it do all your legs because on bike it’s shaking your thighs aswell isn’t it which is what I need. Which one is it you have ?
