Little Miss Naughty's Food Diary

It's going to be a nightmare. I'm probably over thinking it but when I went away the other weekend I had a great time and pretty much ate what I wanted and still got a loss. But that was because I was in control and I didn't have breakfast , I just had snacks and a meal each day and drank loads of water. I think I'll play on my stomach strinking and can't eat as much now one and see how I go.

I really want to see the loss on Tuesday and my motivation is so high that I'm hoping I can be strong and keep saying NO!!!
 
havent been down yet she’s asleep still think she starting to stir tho . Iv been awake since 6.30 waiting lol. I actually have no idea what goin to say because come on this morning aswell so knowing my look be right back at start haha

Ah hun isn’t that typical. But on a positive note you should get a fab loss next week 😄
 
Good morning,

What a beautiful day it was yesterday.
I tried not to drink too much, think I had the equivalent to about 1 1/2 pints of shandy. The lads were getting jugs of beer so was mixing with a bit of lemonade.
Food wise I think I did extremely well considering.... I didn’t have breakfast, had 1 half of a chicken sandwich for lunch, a few crisps and then bbq in the evening. I filled up on lots of salad and couscous and didn’t bother with bread, so hoping I didn’t do too much damage. If I was working out the calories I’d say around 800 so not too bad really.

Today we’re going for a long walk and getting chippy for lunch, then having a bbq tonight. So planning to make chippy my main meal and then just have a bit of chicken and salad off the bbq tonight. Plus we’re doing a long walk so hoping I’ll be ok.

Sounds like you are all enjoying yourselves, it's good that you are trying to make healthy choices, this way you will likely sts. Enjoy rest of your weekend away.

Just a quick post this morning to let you know that after the weekend I've managed to lose 1lb in total this last week. So not quite at my birthday target but not too bad really considering it could have been a lot worse.
I'll catch up with everyones diaries tomorrow as really busy at work and I'm out after work for my birthday.

Good morning all,

Well I had a nightmare of a day yesterday but a fab evening!

My car needed to be recovered from work because it was overheating :( It's only a year old, I'm gutted but luckily it's still under warranty so hopefully wont cost me. I've now got a lease car and they've given me a high volvo, I'm used to driving a little sports car. So not great!

Last night was fab though. I was totally spoilt rotten. I had some fab pressies including a cycle peddle thing for under my desk at work. I've used it for about 20 mins today so far but can't really use it when anyone else is in the office. It's really quiet but because my legs are moving it makes my bum move around the chair a bit, so makes a slight noise. I'm usually in the office for a couple of hours each day on my own though, so I'm hoping I'll be able to do atleast 30 mins a day.

We went out for dinner, I had fajita chicken pizza and a couple of chips, it was gorgeous. I also had a 2 glasses of rose and a cream cake. But hey it was my birthday, so who's counting the calories!!

My plan for today is to have minimal calories during the day because I'm going out for dinner with my friend today, it's her birthday today. luckily we're only going to witherspoons and I'm driving so wont be drinking. I'll probably just have a wrap, so will be ok calorie-wise.

My legs ache!!
I've just done about 15 mins on the under desk mini bike. OMG my legs ache now. I was hoping to do about 30 mins a day but think I may need to build up to that. Apparently it burns approx 6 calories a minute, so I've burnt about 90 calories. That's not too bad I don't suppose. Although I'm not doing it to burn calories but obviously if it does, then I'm not going to complain :)
 
Oh no, sorry to hear about your car, hope its fixed quickly, so you can hand their lease back!!

What a lovely thoughtful gift, couldn't you just pedal slowly at least your moving haha I work in a huge open planned office, I'm not a fan of talking on the phone :-( awkward haha. Was OK in the call centre I worked in previously as everyone did the same, but most people in my office have mobiles and get up and walk off when they get calls, annoying I am the only one glued to my desk. Anyway, I digress lol glad it's already working for you!!

Burn those calories haha

I've just spoken to the garage and apparently it wont even be looked at until Friday at the earliest and they're only doing recoveries between now and 29th because they are fully booked until then. It's ridiculous....I feel a big complaint coming their way!

I'm in an office with 2 others but they both work part time, so it's not too bad. I get about an hour before they come in in the morning and a couple of hours when they leave. I've just got to get into the habit of using it every day probably in the morning and in the afternoon.
