Haha I was thinking the same earlier!! I've just done a bit more. I managed a whole 30 seconds plank before I fell on my face!!
Have fun doing the shred. You are doing so well with it hun. Are you going to carry it on after the 30 days?xx
 
Right I have decided to set myself a little challenge for the end of next week.
I really want to speed up my weight loss before my holiday. So I am going to do my very own
48 hour Superfree Detox Challenge

So here's the deal, I will only eat Superfree foods for 2 days and drink loads of water. I've done things like this before and it has always worked really well so I think with a bit of planning I should be able to pull this off.


 
Wow you've been working hard and that superfree detox sounds really hard too just make sure you eat enough! Should give you a good holiday boost I'm sure. Is it just basically fruit and veg you're going to be eating? x

Yes I am planning on just eating fruit and veg and just drinking loads of water and green tea for 48 hours. I've done detox's before so as long as I make sure I have loads of stuff in I should be ok.
I really need to get away from the 12 stone mark before my holiday because if I don't and I go back over it when I get back from my hols I will be so annoyed and will lose all motivation to get back on the diet wagon straight away.xx
 
Good evening all,
Had a lovely time this afternoon, took Amy out on her bike, we live on a lovely quiet lane that runs for miles with very little traffic and just the odd cattle grid to contend with! We were out for about an hour and I power walked while she rode, it was lovely getting out in the afternoon sun and I got a bonus bit of exercise as well :)
Then came back and did a yummy dinner, we had meat free burgers with loads of salad and I did a gorgeous philli mushroom topping as well and wedges.
I'm absolutely stuffed now and don't think I will be doing any more exercise today so I will update my food diary soon with todays eats.

Yes littlemiss if i survive the 30days i will continue with shred. Its only 20 mins and although its hard for me im enjoying it. X

I have finished eating and exercising for the day. So here's my food diary....

Thursday 13th March

Breakfast - FF yogurt and Blackberries
Lunch - Philli veggi meatball pasta (left over from last night)
Dinner - Meat free Burger in a bun with Lo-lo, salad and philli pepper mushroom topping with potato wedges
No snacks

Exercise - 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, 20 reverse crunches and 30 sec plank X 3
 
Ooh another day of bike riding how exciting! And well some on the exercise too x

I'm loving your dinner Lmn, sounds so delicious ! I love meat free burgers and their less in calories and tasty, win win situation. :p Well done on all the body magic hun, your going great guns ! Do you go to group, you should get a body magic award by now, bronze or silver ? :)

OMG hun I can't keep up with her, she gets on her bike and she's off. That's why I've been going along the lane with her, so she can go ahead! It's good for me as well though because it gives me a bit extra exercise :) Me and hubby are going to get bikes soon so we can all go out on bike rides on a weekend.xx

My dinner was lush and so filling.
I don't go to class, I'm doing it all from home with the support of my minimins friends. I don't think I need to go to class because you lot give me so much good advice and encouragement on here.xx

That's cool but how long would you say you've been exercising for since you started SW ? because I will send you a link you can copy paste the body magic awards to your signature depending on which one you qualify for.

Bronze Body Magic award, 45 minutes of activity each week (over at least 3 days) maintained for 4 weeks.

Silver Body Magic award, 90 minutes of activity each week (over at least 3 days) maintained for 4 weeks.

Gold Body Magic award, 150 minutes of activity each week (over at least 5 days) maintained for 8 weeks.

Platinum award which is 2 consecutive gold awards.
