Why O why do I always wake up so early at the weekend
I totally forgotten to log my food diary last night so here it is now...
Friday 21st March
Lunch - Salad Pitta
Dinner - Chicken curry, skinny chips, rice and naan
Snacks - Milky coffee, banana, pack of onion ring crisps, 1 glass of rose
Busy busy day today for me once everyone gets up! Hubby and I brought bikes yesterday so this morning after brekkie we are going to build those. Then we've got our builder coming round to do some final measurements etc before the build starts. After that we are going over to see my brother because it was his birthday yesterday, then straight from there to friends for dinner.
I really hope my friend makes a healthy dinner for us tonight, I went way over yesterday and after how well the rest of the week has been I really want to see a good loss on Monday. I'm driving so that's my excuse not to drink
