Glad you posted a pic of the fish plait, I know what you mean now! It looks fab! I'm one of those people who has 3 styles - hair up, hair down or hair down wit a skinny alice band lol!
Used to have a 4th style.... BUNCHES! but its layered now, doesn't quite work!

That shift pattern sounds awful good luck for the other admin role, hope you get that.

Going shopping n a cuppa later with my bud, get last min bits she goes to Fuerteventura Saturday n then I go so we won't c eachother for two wks ;-( x
It's my hubbys bday while we away on 2nd day so I have bought him his pressie (a new Kodak photo printer) which sounds boring I know but with all his photos he takes he needs one, so I've bought ink for one of kids n he wants sum motorbike braces for his new leathers cos he is loosing weight, so that's for other kid ( I say kids, they 27, 28 but it's easier than having em not get anything for him) need to get the braces today n sum hair grips, bobbles n head band x

Football, but he has every shirt going lol. He doesn't really get excited about presents, he's impossible lol. I'll get my daughter to make him a card and I'll get her to sign it from the 2 of them. Then I'll make his favorite dinner. Just the gift has me stumped!

Omg I'm stressed to death, cruella strikes again!
Cos she accepted her job she has caught me out this am asking if I had decided uif I want to work in the ocr, for her. And I said I not doing shifts, then says theres two normal admin jobs, there was only one yesterday. Hmm. So do I want one of them if so she's in the one to ones, so she caught me off guard n I don't know wot to say, I can't possible work for her!! Plus I don't want to tell her anything I want to tell the new bosses!! So I've said I will decide tonight n tell her tomoz that I just want one of the other positions in admin pool, none of others are going for it either, she has proper face on!

I've not coped well with the stress so had a good cry n a bacon,sos sarnie but I not guilty cos.I've got enuf on my plate already x

Isn't it hun, but she apparently needs to know so she can b in on.the ocr one to ones, she is a vile person.I'm afraid n I hate the way she makes me n everyone else feel!
I shouldn't discuss owt with her but I think amey have said its ok for her to.ask but no one agrees x grr x

I understand hon. You just need to take this opportunity now to speak up for yourself. You just tell her you've decided you aren't interested in what she's offering and that you want to try something different & new. She can't do anything about that - it's everyone's individual decision!! Stick to your guns hon! xx
