Bin to hosp, no longer on PV, told her about side effects but obv the pv has assisted with pain n reducing the size of my cyst so they done summit I spose, anyhoo i gonna try all other contraceptive options, so firstly the Nexaplanon implant in the arm. It's lasts up to three yrs! Anyone had it? X

We were flooded at side of us yesterday n it was a worry if it was gonna come to the house but its all gone today x

Right quick run down of my hols, did very little, the island was only wee, so walked up n down 9km beach, so had sum exercise, n swam a bit in lovely if a lil cool pool n sea too which was cooler but lovely wen in, sunbathed n read 1&1/2 books n my kindle.
Ate lovely wild berry jam n croissants for breakky, n chips for lunch, n then buffet was meat, pasta, salad n wine n cocktails I had a total wk off everything,but I wasn't bothered. Got a great tan n came back refreshed,but it never lasts long does it.

Had implant before but had to get it taken out as was being sick/gaining weight. But I know loads o people who are fine with it!

Will say... Didn't hurt going it but getting it out (after 7 weeks!) x

Holiday sounds like bliss, I need me some of that right now lol! I wish I tanned but I just don't... I go slightly less pale and then pink-ish. I'm very "Irish" looking altogether lol x

My sister says that tanned skin is much healthier looking and that my pale skin with dark hair makes me look "washed out"

Any bit of colour is good hun, pay no attention. U cud try a spray tan? X

I dont tan at all, occasionally go red then back white again!!

Holiday break sound lovely, and hope that the flooding stays away from your house love.

Dont know anything about implants, I have only ever had the pill. Got a 21-day on, 7-day off pill at the moment, which gives me mental-lady side effects. Been on it so long, no idea what effect it had on my weight when I started. Hope that the implant helps you

I am on the implant.. this is my third one... they have never lasted the full 3 years... about 2 years.. but no periods at all as soon as they go in....
