Yesterdays menu- 8/11
B: cheese n onion toastie (to soak up mon night booze)
L: melba toasts n chilly philly n slim a soup
D: roast pork, spuds, carrots n broccoli
Snx: small egg custard
Yestdays gym - 10 runnin, 20 treadmill, weights n 500 crunches.
Todays menu- 9/11
B: brown toast n marmalade
L: not much, had a filling at dentists at 12.30, will try sunmit later this aft, had a cheese n onion sarnie around 2.30pm
