Im bak on the wagon this am, started slim fast from today, doing it just in the wk so will c how i go!
I will read all ur posts later n catch up x
I had a gud bday n relaxing hols but its like i never bin away lol x

I m struggling at mo my pain is utterly horrendous got TOTM n tryin to just have SF shakes is awful!
So this am had porridge n Sk milk n its less cals than shake bizarre!
May hav one for lunch or i may fruit lol shakes r boring! ;-) no will power as ever im useless guys!!

Yes not bad, place where i walk is a bit poo cos its round a busy toad round work but the fresh air n sun was nice n i bought sum pretty orange violas for my pots in my garden! X

Roast chicken wrapped in bacon n stuffed with mozza with roasted veg

Activia greek yoghurt, penguin cake bar n few cheerios
Felt healthy yesterday! Effort is there somewhere!

Off to cinema tonight so eating later, watching the raven with the marv john cusack, excited!

Nearly friday yay!
Wots everyones plans for wkend?

Mine r sat, hubby leaving me for a sheff united match he got a free tkt in posh box with free food n drink! Meanwhile i will tidy n get myself looking human n meet him at meadowhall after match, where i may have a free makeover from boots no.7, as i hav a voicher to use!
then from there we will get off to belper (derbyshire) to my sisters house for food n drink n stay over then sunday were taking my mum out for mummys day, shes in a dementia care home so it will b a change for her if she remembers bless her! ;-)
