I will defo put the SW recipes on tonight for u hunnies x my spinach n ricotta pasta is SW too x
I made the tomato salsa up myself, 2 tbsp olive oil, chopped up small fresh toms, splash of lemon juice, 1tsp mustard, n chopped fine a few chives n 1 onion, mix together, serve in a lil pot with a big salad n the rosti cakes it went really well xx yummy xx
 
Did ok today had an extra snx tho; low cal ambrosia custard at 111 cals.
Went to the gym, did 45 mins treadmill, 240 sit-ups, tricep pull downs n chest press.
Just going home to cook my tea then I shall put some SW n low cal recipes on my thread xx

Yes I have an exercise bike and also use my fitness dvd but only exercise 3 times a week and for not as long as u :-S I am a gym member just haven't been for months lol, I i used to be a fitness freak before I got... Volumptious :) Don't know where the passions gone. I think I'll go to the gym when I gain some confidence back after losing a bit more weight, as you said once u start going its easy it's just hard to go to start with. x x

Am late posting this morning, due to family worries again, mum in law not well again she may b taking Into care with her dementia.

Anyhoo, had a caramel shake with semi milk as no other for brekky oops!
Having a US raspberry meal bar at lunch as ran out of skimmed milk!

Snx will be French fries, banana n cereal bar but I may not want em as I have stomach ache after I just had my shake!

Tea:
Gino's Garlic Prawn & Spinach Linguine

Exercise:
Walk at lunch, possibly gym depends if we are needed after work at his mums x

Have had 1/2 tin of the low fat chicken soup to fill a hole!
Someone has offered me a choc eclair!! I said big fat no! I looked up calories for one its 235 cals the amount of a shake! Omg

We went to the gym as we weren't needed at OH mums.
I did 1 hours fast walking on treadmill n 200 situps! Burnt 415 cals! Yay !
Felt hungry this aft cos I had a bar instead of shake, had an extra snx, back on 2 shakes tomoz!

Cooked Gino's recipe Garlic Prawns n spinach Linguine! Was extra yummy bought huge tiger prawns from m&s!

Well I quite pleased as my size 12 work trousers are feeling quite loose on my thighs today they were really tight on my legs wen I put on 2 wks ago so the diet n gym must be working!!! Yay :)

Today's plan:

Snx:
Alpen bar, French fries n low cal biscuit
 
Forgot to say no gym today as it's our rest day, doing visiting n painting after work. Go to c wots gonna happen with my mum in law as Docs r assessing her to give his dad a break x
Then I need to 2nd coat paint my wall behind my kitchen to tidy it up ready for my sisters visit Saturday! I can't wait x massage n hopefully a BBQ!

Thanks honey! I trying very hard!

I have a had a migraine this morning at work have managed to sit thru it, i hate em! I have had fizzy vision, numb hand, nose, teeth n Tongue! That's now gone off, thank god n I just have a headache! Must be with stress :-( x

I had a stinking Migrane on Sunday. I was in the gym on my course and we were learning how to overload muscles and lift weights you never thought you could lift. Well the pressure in my head was ridiculous. I had to sit out. I had it all Monday as well. I had to have the day off work and stay in bed all day!! I think it was a mixture of all the toxins from the overeating at the weekend and the gym. My body screamed at me.

I know how horrid they can be so I certainly feel for you hun.

With me i have flashy lights in my eyes and I become REALLY photophobic, I literally have to find the darkest place straight away.

looking forward to next weeks weigh in. Although i have a wedding to go to this weekend so I need to plan my weekend VERY carefully

All stupid ppl at work who r dying for me to fall of my diet have said i had migraine cos of shakes n theres not enuf nutrients blah blah! So I said I don't think it's that cos it's my first one in 7 weeks! Dumb women! Grr x
Gym is worse place for a headache lovey! lol it's my day off so I am glad I have had one today lolz x
I usually need darkness managed to sit it out in the ladies loo n had my shake then i felt ok! Then I got from em, u should eat something normal! I wasn't hungry so I just had my shake as normal x ppl annoy me x

Other people always think they know best don't they. I'm getting that from a few people as well. My friend blamed slimfast for mine as well. When I had the migraine, I hadn't even been on it for 3 days!! duh!!

yeah have a good ole rest tonight and get back on it tomorrow :)

I'm working in the pub tonight, I always get hungry because we do food for the skittles teams :( I'm taking a shake and a snack to see me through the 6 hours!
