Just found this recipe that sounds easy and tasty!

Fish pie


Place cooked fish in an ovenproof dish. Combine very fat free fromage frais, crushed garlic, egg and dried herbs and cover the fish. Spoon mashed potato over the mixture and bake in the oven until golden.


Serve with carrots, cabbage and cauliflower.

Going to print this recipe out for my recipe folder.
 
I have a snoopy fast asleep on my arm, so typing left handed lol

yes 2lb a week is fab. At this rate you'll be at your goal before you know it! Won't that be an amazing day.

i keep finding yummy recipes.. Still can't decide what to make for tea lol I thought maybe a veg curry, with my tikka spice. But not sure what else to put in
 
I struggled this afternoon.....

so I had low fat drink choc - filled me 4 a while - so started on tea - SW chips, rice and leftover chilli. Then another low fat drinking choc - hope that'll be it 4 today!

B'fast (meant to be brunch) rasher of bacon, egg on pumpkin roll (HE-B and 5 Syns eeeek)

2 apples

Lunch - 2 egg omelette - mushrooms, rasher of bacon and HE-A cheese

Low fat drinking choc 2 Syns

Tea - Rosemary C chilli half SW chips and rice

low fat drinking choc - 2 syns

Total Syns - 9 syns

I struggled a bit to today. But I think I've made it through to the other side. Just made a yummy chilli with loads of veg in with rice, so feeling full, but not stuffed. It is however.. Still early lol so if all else fails ill treat myself to my Lindt bunny (2.7) or choc pudding (5)
 
I was struggling too but the cooking took my mind off it.
Here is my Moroccan Vegetable Tagine with brown rice.

Well like CJ and LJ I've had my tea and feel really full so hope that's it for tonight - I hope Jules, fat2go and everyone has had a good wkend and ready for another SW week!

Well.. I don't know why I just ate it, but I made a choc mug cake and had choc pudding on the side.. 6 syns. But did I really need it?? No! Oh well, back to work tomorrow, no time for snacking!

Morning all! New day, new chance for an on plan day. We can do this!

I have had 2 kiwi fruits chopped into a muller light, with a cup of tea for breakfast. Off to work shortly then from mid afternoon I will be free!! No work this afternoon. Yay! Must remember to pick up my painkiller prescription later. I am having increasing back pain again now that I am back home and back at work.

Weigh day is looming again. I don't feel like I will have lost so much this week but hope for a 1lb loss. CJ and I have a bet on who can get their next sticker first :) Silly of me really considering she has a head start!

Stay strong and on plan everyone. The Sunday demon has slunk back into his hole. See you later :)

Hi everyone - not a good start to my day - no heating at the school today (that's ok cos I love Poppy's company!) the problem was all mine - I gave Poppy money at the shop - she bought me some jelly sweets and a Freddo (she's knows me tooo well!) so that was 7 syns down the hatch before b'fast!

Will have to stay on track now - hope you've all had a better start to Monday foodwise than me and keep on plan!
 
Sweets and a Freddo were only 7 syns? No harm done then as long as the rest of your day is on plan.

I have been feeling really hungry since mid morning despite having breakfast. Feel nice and full now after eating my soup and bread. It's very filling and will keep me going for a few hours. I am low on fruit for snacks but trying to last until Wednesday before I shop again.
 
Hello there, please excuse my butting into your thread but I am back on SW from today and I've been gaining some inspiration from your posts! Just like to say thank you for that, I think these boards are going to help me stay on track this time :)

I love Freddo's, they don't sound too heavy on the Syns, may get myself a couple in for the weekend!

Hi and welcome HorrorQueen (love your sign in name!) as you'll have seen LJ started off this lovely thread and she always welcomes newcomers and encourages lurkers!! Good luck to you on ur weight loss journey.

Yes Cadbury Freddo's are 5 syns and although small are quite chunky and give a good bite of choc - I usually save mine for later in the day - but had an early one today.

More to confess to now - just had a pack of bubble gum (don't I have sophisticated tastes eh?) so that's another 3 syns eeek!!

Hi and yes Freddo = 5 syns and our local shop sells tiny packets of sweets for tiny children!!!! The jelly ones are 40 cals a pack - so 2 syns for about 4 small sweets!!
