Food/exercise diaries for the last two days - still on track for the cardio challenge this week
Wednesday - red day
B - Activia first thing. Slimming Eat's American pancakes with bacon (hexb & 2.5 syns)
L - BBQ pulled pork sandwich (hexb)
Afternoon - mcdonald's latte (hexa & 1 syn), rice krispies cereal bar (4 syns)
D - BBQ pork egg foo yung & egg foo yung sauce (3 syns)
Evening - milky coffee (hexa) and bahlsen lebkuchen (6.5 syns)
Exercise - school walk, 45 mins wii fit, 2x 20mins calf stretches
Thursday - red day -
B - Grapenuts (hexb) milk for cereal/coffee (hexa), chopped banana, 6 prunes (3 syns)
L - same as wednesday
D - same as wednesday
Evening - milky coffee (hexa), reeses wafer bar (5 syns), chopped apple
Exercise - school walk, 45 mins wii fit, 20 mins calf stretches.
Didn't mean to do solely wii fit for the cardio this week but it's so convenient hehe.
My asics trainers arrived late yesterday so will be trying those on the school run today - the narrowness of the sole around the arch is a bit alarming but I presume it helps prevent pronation/putting weight onto the insides of your feet.
Oh, got a pink cauliflower in my organics box this week. Going to try making cauliflower cheese soup for lunch and see if it produces pink soup
