Really pleased that I kept up my water challenge and somehow managed to get through to nearly friday with only 1/2 a syn to catch up on for the week - though we've crossed out what happened on saturday
Food diaries for tues/weds:
Tuesday = Green
Breakfast - grapenuts (hexb), milk (2 syns), sultanas (2 syns) banana.
Morning - Deluxe hifi bar (what came first, the deluxe or the fibre plus we wonder... hexb), milky coffee (hexa), banana
L - Leek & potato soup & cheese scones (1.5 syns)
D - SW chips, mushy peas, evil quorn sausages (6 syns - BARSTEWARDS
). Activia yoghurt.
Evening - milky coffee (hexa) & 2 elizabeth straw amaretto flutes (2 syns)
Wednesday - EE
B - Oatsosimple (hexb), milk (3 syns), banana
L - Devilled kidneys, scrambled egg, mushrooms, 1 piece toast (3 syns) light spread (2 syns)
Afternoon - activia yoghurt
D - Pilaf with brown rice, turkey, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peas & sweetcorn. Muller corner (greek cherry - 4 syns).
Evening - milky coffee (hexa) & 2 amaretto flutes (2 syns), banana, activia yoghurt.
Syns for the week as of wednesday 61/90
3ltrs of water/nas squash/herbal tea per day. Tues 45 mins school walk. Wednesday 45 mins school walk & 30 mins biggest loser game circuit workout.
Not much on the cooking front this week I'm afraid, must have a ponder about what kind of things I want to try out next week. Got Kally's Baba Ganoush to eat tomorrow, sure my OH will love me for the garlicky breath it will give me
