Ok so back to normal now. When I was away I had fish and chips, Domino's, packets of sandwiches, crisps, and numerous Wetherspoons meals...

Back on plan today, and I'll go to my WI on Wednesday and see what the damage is, then I shall attempt to do Success Express to get the losses back up to scratch again!!!

Also, thought I might add that in preparation of my holiday in pretty much exactly one month's time, I thought I'd try on my bikinis. Yes. Two piece swimwear....


I'd bought 2 x size 12 bikinis in the hope of being size 12 for my holiday (which I am now, although I am not yet at target as anticipated)

So.. I actually look passable in a bikini. Not 100%, but I can get away with it, unlike this time last year when I was hiding until the last moment before jumping into the pool in my one piece.

Also, a bikini I got for holiday 4yrs ago that was way too small for me, I also tried on, and it is a little bit big. NSV! :D

I woke up very ill today for some reason. Was running a fever and could barely stand, and had severe abdominal pains, so the food diary is not great today.

Comfort food - I needed it. Well within plan though :D
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
3/4 of an onion
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Handful of Quorn mince
Half of an average-sized potato
All cooked in a pot, and topped with a dollop of fat free fromage frais, and 42g Low Low cheese (HeA)

Also had lots of water and detox tea, feeling a bit better now. I hope whatever that was stays away! :D

Just wondered why you synned the S W bbq sauce. If its the recipe I do its free. Is it the recipe which is floating around on this site, the one from the 100 saucy secrets book?

Hi Holly's Nan :D - the balsamic vinegar I got was the Tesco's Finest one (the only one my Tesco's had) and it was 20 cals per TBSP - which led me to believe it needed to be synned (I thought I'd got the wrong one) because when I mentined it on the recipe thread, someone said that I must have used the balsamic 'dressing' instead of the vinegar, so I went downstairs and checked and it was definitely not the dressing, so I'm all confused now! :D

Gonna take the bottle to class with me on Wednesday and get my C to give me the lowdown!

Even if it turns out it does have to be synned, I don't mind, because it is very low syns and the BBQ sauce is absolutely delicious! :D
