looonnng journey, 70lbs to go

Haha today is my first day back on the bandwagon lol, went back to Zumba and yoga though which is a plus! X
 
Hehe hopefully.... The kind that doesn't make mud too?!? Her I'm pretty lucky though I've been to Titp three times and only rained one day and got sun burned twice! So I'm going to two festivals this year... Gunna get soaked?! Lol

I just made Philadelphia pasta for lunch, no idea of the syns but pretty healthy (my weigh in is tomorrow so will start eating properly then) ATM I'm using an old ww diary to kind of keep track of my calories- and relearn me portion control haha, it was the one from the advert, kind of, onions, chicken, green beans, stock, 40g pasta bows and 30g Philly sweet chili with some lemon, black pepper and garlic... I can honestly say it was amazing!! Good job I made double and can have the rest tomorrow ;)

For breakfast I had 2x wee slice of bread with marg and jam (I wish I could get used to toast and jam without Marg but I can't!)

Dinner is steak with maybe rice and Diane sauce mm :)
 
*comes in with tail between my legs* hiya I'm back lol!! What with uni and placement I'm now heavier than ever! Since summer is coming in its giving me a kick up the bum (and makes me crave bad food less!) so today is my first day back on plan... I think... It's been so long I'm not sure i 100% remember it! Today's food (green):
Breakie:
Coffee and aldi cereal bar (half hexa1 and hexb1)

Lunch:
Baker cheese and beans (hexa2)

Snack:
Other half hex aldi bar, tiny bit of tablet 2syns

Dinner:
Huge plate of quorn spag Bol with spinach and jalapeños in it, maybe have a syn free yog for afters

Evening snack:
Tea and toast, hexb2 and 2 syns marg

Sound ok?? X
 
Missed you too :D I've not been at all well recently with mega gut problems and now am on a low potassium diet cos of my kidney, very restrictive and I hate it. Also my notice period finished on Friday 17th so I'm now redundant. Apart from that not a lot has happened. :D It sounds as though you've been mega busy. I wish I had the energy to do the festivals but I thunk that time has passed for me especially with my dodgy health. :D
 
Aww noo I'm sure last time I spoke to you redundancy was on the cards but you didn't know if it was for you or not :( maybe you can focus on your health now? I will have a nosey to see what you've been eating, sounds horrible :(
There's always Glastonbury! Never too old for that ;) I'm going to one with a friend and another with Andrew... The puddy cats are getting huge now!

I've not been posting my food - it's too depressing. Basically everything normally deemed vaguely healthy isn't allowed and sweets and fizzy pop are. No fruit except apples and tinned stuff minus the juice. No potatoes not many veges carrots and onions are OK most others not so much, 1 coffee a day no dairy no choccie,toffee or licorice. I'm allowed pasta but not a cream sauce or tomatoes so not exactly appetising. White bread instead of wholemeal etc so not exactly SW friendly, maybe it's just as well I can only eat a little every other day at the moment cos of gut probs. Makes the limited choices almost exciting. :D
 
So I've more or less stuck to plan today.. Ee day

Breakfast
1 cereal bar (1/2 hexb) and coffee(1/2hexa for day in milk)

Lunch:
Tomato mugshot (free) a pile of frozen berries and a cherry shape yog (free)

Dinner:
asda Mediterranean chicken (2syns), cous cous (1 syn) loads of roasted (Well stuck in the oven with a tin of tomatoes poured over) veg (free)

snacs:
asda flying saucers (3), merrangue nests (2) (5syns) skips (4)

had a bit of a munchy day today oops!

21/105 weekly syns so far
