I got a wee bit lost over the weekend... A disaster yesterday with my mum telling me how much I need to loose weight... As though I don't already know this! And I've finally got myself to the point I'm buying clothes in my size rather than saying I will buy them when I loose and I spent all day yesterday crying and eating!!? Soooo today:

Breakie:
Toast-hexb(1) and Marge- 2 syns

Lunch:
Mugshot, mullar light and an apple

Dinner:
Quorn spaghetti bolognase - I might cheat and just have pasta and sauce with quorn and veg stuck in as my bf is working!

Isn't it lovely when the people who are supposed to be so supportive manage to completely undermine your confidence and ruin all your efforts. I know this is no use whatsoever but please do try not to let it get to you. As you say you already know you have some weight to lose and you're going about it the right way, The only thing you can do is keep going and time will sort it out. Maybe have a quiet word with your mum when you are feeling stronger and let her know that her comments are not helpful and are in fact counter productive.

Enjoy wearing your new clothes hun and you can always buy one "goal" item in the next size down (or your fave item that you have currently outgrown) and hang it for inspiration off your wardrobe or door to remind yourself of why you're doing this and where you want to get. (Don't use an item at your ideal target size though cos that can be offputting if it's a way to go. Just one size is best if you have it.) Also it can help if you set yourself a realistic time target for when it will fit eg I will be wearing this pair of size?? jeans by end of August. All good for motivation - realistic mini goal and timescale.

Hope you have a good day hun. :D Draw that line under the weekend and start fresh. :D

Thanks! Even if I've not done well I've spent the week gradually getting my head in the right place so I'm all set for next week one way or the other!

I failed one of my essays by 5marks and I'm having to take a year out to resubmit it! I was absolutely gutted but I've got one job as a support worker out in the community with people with learning difficulties/mental health issues or physical problems and I also work for an agency going around care homes etc so at least I'm getting loads and loads of experience! How are you? I remember last time we spoke you were getting tests etc done? X

Bummer about the essay. But the work experience will stand you in good stead later on.

I'm lots better with the gut troubles pretty much gone. (I found out by accident when I was late reordering that it was a reaction to one of my meds) Still get every bug going but that's immunosupression for you. Got a bit of an issue with my skin atm but hopefully treatment will sort it out. :D

Yeah my personal lecturer was raging (not at me!) because she saw how well I'd done on everything else... It was a reflective essay so I had to write about myself and my feelings which I'm not very good at lol! Ah well hopefully this year! I'm just heading to work the now, away to see a guy who has severe learning difficulties for a few hours then off to slimming world! Keep your fingers crossed! Xx
