Hi I'm new to slimming world , I have bought the books but do not attend class as I split my time between here and Holland so weekly weigh ins are unlikely but I'd like some support so thought this was a good place to start plus if I'm doing something wrong someone will put me straight!

Homemade broad bean and vegetable minestrone free

Muller light
skimmed milk for tea HE
