Monday food diary extra easy
Didn't really do much today just stayed in all day and went gym this evening
Breakfast: Special K with almond milk (HEXa and b), pear and nectarine
Lunch: veggie fried rice- cooked rice fried with green beans, red chilli, garlic, ginger, red pepper, light and dark soy sauce, spring onions, celery and chicken
Tea: gammon steak with egg, corn on cob, green beans, carrots and peas
Snacks: peach, mullerlight, quavers (4.5)
Drinks: diet coke, water and sf juice
Exercise: 1 hour body combat
