Don't worry about the weekend I'm sure you can do some damage limitation before weighin.
My scales are showing 2 lbs up from weighin at the moment but I did have Chinese at the weekend lol

Ye they were nice really enjoyed the chicken yakitori, going to try done other ones from that book this week.
Ah what day is your weigh in? hopefully you can bring it back by then. N did you enjoy your Chinese, I think I enjoyed all of my rubbish food a bit to much. Lol
I didn't even have the guts to weigh myself so I don't know where I'm at but I just hope I have pulled it back for tomorro night. Feeling really nervous eeekk!
 
Weigh day is Thursday so I'm hoping I can pull a maintain by then. Chinese was amazing and it was a better choice than the dominos my friends wanted to get.
The butternut squash curry looks immense. I love butternut squash but have never made a curry out of it.

Ahh id love to avoid weigh in but I do block booking so I have to face the music :-(
The butternut squash recipe was out of the extra easy meals in minutes, it was lovely.

Well I have just weighed myself to prepare for tonight and I seem to have done better then redeem myself it's says iv lost 3lbs, woohoo thank god for super free foods. I will be happy by tonight if it's even 2lbs loss will soon see.

Yesterday Tuesdays food diary extra easy

Breakfast: melon and mullerlight, Special K (HEXb)

Lunch: veggie rice

Tea: butternut squash curry (1)

Snacks: snack a jacks (3.5)

Drinks: water, sf juice

Exercise: 45 minute spin class and 30 minute core class

Just a thought and you may be using this as your own tweak (I have many tweaks in my diet) but did you know Special K aren't a heb as there's not enough fibre in them. As you're losing it's not a problem but I've always been advised if you stop losing to look at your tweaks first.

O really I wasn't aware that they aren't a HEX, il keep that in mind, I think i have ran out of Special K now anyway, so il remember that when I next go shopping.
 
Well went out for a lovely meal after weigh in last night to my families Greek restaurant, as it was my uncles 40th. Was lovely, I had a meze so all sorts of Greek foods, and a lot of it was actually quite healthy, but then I made the most of it being a Wednesday and had an amazing New York chunky cheesecake with cream for dessert was yum yum! O and I had a couple of white wine spritzers.

Thursday food diary red day

Don't know what it is about Thursdays but I always seem to be out and about and the only thing near me is mcdonalds god damn!

Breakfast: rice crispies with almond milk (HEXa and b), a bowl of melon

Lunch: McDonald's kids meal instead of a normal meal though

Tea: chicken pitta with salad and mayo (HEXb)

Drinks: diet coke, water

Exercise: none injured my knee
 
Well been a bit busy all weekend so not really been able to post

Breakfast: toast (HEXb and 2), melon

Lunch: cheese on toast (HEXa and b)apple and pear

Tea: Big Mac in a bowl ( HEXa and 2)

Exercise: none injured knee

Drinks: diet coke, sf juice

Saturday food diary extra easy

Breakfast: bacon and eggs on toast (HEXb) and a pear

Lunch: chicken and bacon pasta

Tea: Sw Chinese feast
Starters- chicken satay, chicken and sweetcorn soup, seaweed
Mains- lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef in oyster sauce, noodles, egg fried rice
Dessert- coffee yogurt pots

Drinks: diet coke, glass of wine



Sunday food diary extra easy

Breakfast: muesli and almond milk (HEXa and b), apple

Lunch/dinner: roast chicken, potatoes, cabbage, sprouts, carrot and turnip, peas, gravy (2), 2 Yorkshire pudding (4)

Dessert: ww crumble dessert (?) with ice cream

Snacks: quavers (4.5), slice of pizza

Drinks: diet coke



Monday food diary extra easy

Breakfast: go ahead bar (7)

Lunch: ham, gerkins, lettuce, red onion, mayo, cheese sandwich (HEXa and b, 1)

Tea: fish, wedges, carrots, peas, green beans and onion ring (3)

Drinks: diet coke, sf juice
