Lose baby weight mission

Well got a doctors appointment tomorrow to get checked out, and then I will be back on plan 100% from Thursday I had enough now need to concentrate on getting back to my happy self.
 
I lost a 1lb tonight, went doctors and am now on heart rate tablets to keep it down. Now to concentrate on Sw, I have a funeral and wake on Friday but il make good decisions.
 
Today Thursday food diary extra easy

Today i went to the harvester for lunch with the in laws, the. Popped to my mums shop to sort stuff out about the flowers tomorrow. Then just chilled at home.

Breakfast: toast (HEXb) and a plum

Lunch: grilled chicken breast, jacket potato, peas, sweetcorn, cucumber, beetroot, but then had half a ICECREAM sundae which was ice cream, squirts cream and meringue.

Tea: classics chicken curry (from curry heaven book)

Snacks: weetabix bar (3.5)

Drinks: diet coke, sf juice

Yes definately have now hopefully that's it for a while, I feel ok just got to try and deal with my anxiety, don't even know why I have it, only started from last year. Thanks I was surprised I lost to be honest, with the drinking.
 
Today Friday food diary extra easy

Today I was at a funeral and wake all day, and then went around my friends for a girlie evening.

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast (HEXb)

Lunch: buffet, all sorts of meats and a couple of those prawns in filo, also a slice of chocolate cake ( didn't have a choice Aunty gave it to me because she made it)

Tea: chicken stirfry

Drinks: diet coke and 1 white wine spritzer
 
Yesterday Saturday food diary

Didn't really do to much as partner was hanging, so picked little one up from my mums and went asda to have a look a baby stuff, then just watched some films and did some ebaying.

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast (HEXb) and a plum

Lunch: McDonald's sweet chilli chicken deli

Tea: plain omelette filled with fried onions and mushrooms and a sprinkle of grated cheese (HEXa)

Drinks: diet coke, sf energy drink


Hopefully today is more productive and we actually do something, and I will be back to the gym tomorrow, I think I'm going to feel that week off.
 
So I woke up to this cheeky monkey today, hopefully going to go toys r us today and get her a door bouncer, think she will love it.

Managed to get a door bouncer wanted a pink one and found it on gumtree for £10 it's like new. Put princess init but she just stands doesn't bounce around haha
 
Today Sunday food diary red day

Went down Matalan today picked up a lovely little dress and shoes for Xmas for little one and also a cute little bib that says my 1st Xmas and sings. Went and picked up her door bouncer, then just went up my mums for the afternoon for a roast, had my nan and grandad there and also my great gran.

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with butter (HEXb and 2), pear, plum and Chobani raspberry yogurt (1.5)

Lunch: roast lamb, potatoes (HEXb), carrot and turnip, sprouts, cabbage, parsnips, green beans, cauliflower, gravy (1.5), Yorkshire (6)

Tea: pear, plum, blueberries, banana topped with ff natural yogurt, weetabix bar (3.5) and a light sprinkle of options (0.5)

Drinks: diet coke

Well today I thought I would pop to asda and get some stuff for the little one, I spent £10 on food and £80 on her how the hell I don't know but I did buy her the cutest white hat with ears for her with little mitts.
And I actually just seen a gritter driving around on my way to the gym, it is cold though brrrrr!
 
Tonight's tea was Cajun pork, sweet potato, asparagus and grilled cheese (5.5). ( kind of are some if it before remembered to take a picture but her it is) image-824385755.jpg

Today Monday food diary extra easy

Breakfast: finesse, strawberries, raspberries, almond milk and a plum

Lunch: macaroni pasta n sauce made with water (1), with chopped bacon and a clementine and an apple.

Tea: Cajun pork, sweet potato, asparagus and grilled halloumi (5.5)

Snacks: monster munch (5.5)

Drinks: sf juice

Exercise: went back today and did 1 hour body combat, felt like I hadn't been in weeks.

Well little monkey normally wakes up at 7 but she was kind and let me sleep till half past hehe! She's just had her bottle and now I'm about to have my breakfast

Which is 3 weetabix with almond milk (HEXa and b, 3 syns) and half a pack of grapes

I had a mid morning snack a banana and weetabix bar (3.5) whilst doing some of the housework, now just sat watching made on Chelsea just got princess to sleep waiting for my jacket in the oven. Yum
 
Tea tonight lasagne with carrot and green beans, unfortunately my partner thought he would be nice and make tea and thought he was doing well by getting the dolmio light white sauce to put on top, but worked it to be about 20 syns for the whole jar and I had a 1/4 of it.

So today's food diary Tuesday extra easy

Breakfast: 3 weetabix with almond milk (HEXa and b, 3) and half pack if grapes

Lunch: jacket potato with tuna, sweetcorn, red onion and light salad cream (3)

Tea: lasagne with extra veg in courgette and mushrooms, then on the side carrots and green beans (5)

Snacks: banana and weetabix bar (3.5)

Drinks: sf juice, coffee(left over HEXa from this morning)

Syns: 14.5

Exercise: 45 minute spin class ( burnt 570 calories it said on bike, but my instructor said you should double that for your real calories burnt, but I'm not sure) and 30 minute core class
 
She's is sooooo cute:) she's making me broody lol your food looks lovely. I'm the same when I go to asda, The trolley usually has tons of bits and pieces for the girls and about not much food lol. Hubbies goes mad at me :)
