Lose baby weight mission

What was your loss last week ? What do u think made a gain ? Try extra hard for next week pull out all the stops ;) x

I lost 3 lbs last week and ate all the wrong things except for Monday n Tuesday before the weigh in but this week I suppose I didn't really eat much fruit or veg as I normally would. But I'm hoping to get off the damage next week.
I still have a 4.5lbs loss for this month so hopefully I can bump that back up next week :)
 
Thursday food diary green day

Breakfast: shreddies with almond milk (HEXa and b)

Lunch: jacket potato with beans and cheese (HEXa)

Tea: Chinese chicken chow mein (0.5 and HEXb)

Snacks: quavers (4.5), Special K bar (3), galaxy ripple snack (4.5)

Drinks: sf juice

Exercise: none had friend around for tea, still got bad knee damn

Syns:12.5

I know there's not much fruit but I don't have any at home and don't get paid till next week I'm so skint. :-(

Hi I know I haven't been writing my diary on here all weekend, had a hard week as my gran was rushed into hospital with stroke and is still in there so my minds been a bit pre occupied. I have tried to stick to plan as best as I can, I haven't had any takeaway which is good but my teas haven't really been the best been making something quick and easy due to it being late.

Oh, no. I hope she is ok and has a speedy recover.
Don't worry too much about slimming world, you can get back on it when everything has settled.

Well il be back to normal from tomorrow, my nan is now allowed to go home, I'm going out for a Halloween night tonight so lots of drinkies but food shall be all good hopefully, I have a roast planned for tomorrow, so here we go again.
 
Today Monday food diary red day

Breakfast: melon, danio yogurt (1.5), weetabix bar (1/2 HEXb), 2 slices of bacon

Lunch: grilled chicken and bacon sandwich with lettuce and mayo (1 and HEXb)

Tea: bowl of fruit- banan, plum, blueberries, pear and apple with natural yogurt and a weetabix bar (1/2 HEXb)

Snacks: a babybel (HEXa), sunbites (6)

Drinks: water, sf juice

Syns: 8.5

Exercise: 1 hour body combat

So today first thing in the morning I had to go up casualty with my partner as he burnt his arm on the weekend and it looked like it was getting worse, took him up to find that he has 4th degree burn!!! And has now got synthetic skin on it to help heal as he has burnt every layer of his own. MEN!
Then took my lotto chub chub to get weighed today and she is now weighing 16lb 14oz bless her at 19 weeks.
And then last went up my parents for fireworks and tea after the gym with all my family and friends.

Tuesday food diary green day (started as red but had to change due to tea at mums)

Breakfast: bowl of melon, toast (HEXb)

Lunch: sunbites (6), ryvita crisp bread (HEXb), with lowlow cheese spread (HEXa), ham (4.5) and an apple

Tea: quorn chilli with jacket potato and cheese (HEXa)

Snacks: a cookie :-(

Drinks: water, sf juice

Exercise: 45 minute spin class, didn't go second class watched fireworks instead :)

Is he ok now? Sounds like you're having a very trying couple of weeks.
It sounds like you had a nice day day apart from the trip to hospital. Your little girl sounds like she's doing really well. Food sounds good and I don't think the cookie will have pushed you too far over your syns.
I've been off plan for a week and expecting a big gain tomorrow:(

Yes definately am! Yes little one is growing away now and is already going into 6-9 months clothes! Lol crazy she's just coming up 5 months. Ye the cookie is ok but I drank way to many syns on Saturday and I'm going to be doing the same this weekend it's my wet the babies head. I'm hoping I don't have a gain tonight and I can sts but I know what I'm like normally after drinking.
Aww I think some weeks you do need a good blow out though and then be able to get back on plan afterwards fingers crossed for you that it's not to bad on the scales.

Didn't really do much just done the housework and then went to the gym nothing exciting

Breakfast: muesli with banana and soy milk (HEXa and b)

Lunch: boiled eggs, ham, sunbites (6)

Tea: gammon with egg, peas, mushrooms, mash (HEXb), ketchup (1.5)

Snacks: weetabix bar (3.5)

Syns: 11

Drinks: water, sf juice, milk (HEXa)

Exercise: 1 hour body combat and 30 mins core class
 
Can you make this your last weekend then give it 100 % before xmas ?

Im hoping to stay alchohol free until mid december as it makes a massive difference to my losses if i dont drink x
I know I can't gain again I think il cry lol, it's my wet the babies head this weekend so it's not like I can even get out of it if I wanted to

Ye I don't plan on drinking like this again now until after Xmas so hopefully can concentrate on trying to get this weight off, it's starting to drive me insane now feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.
 
Well just to say sorry I haven't been on here again not had the best weekend to say the least went out for my wet the babies head to end up having probably the worst panic attack I have ever had and even had to have paramedics come to me, so yesterday was a bit of a daze as it affects you for quite a while after, but feeling better today just hurting in places from where I collapsed.
