Well ladies, how is everyone doing today? I feel like I have stuffed myself again, cheese on toast, Quorn hot dogs and a WW pizza! I've used about half of my weeklies so far and only have Saturday & Sunday to go, so fingers crossed for WI on Monday morning. I am feeling a bit nervous about losing this week as I weighed myself a couple of nights ago (naughty, naughty!) and things were not looking good. But I know your weight fluctuates, leave it until WI day, yadda yadda yadda, but I thought I'd share my anxiety! My pregnant friend wants to meet up for dinner next week, so I am going to brave going out to Belfast on the night after my morning weigh in, so I have the week to burn off the damage I do! Don't know where we're going yet, but I'm thinking I might try and get away with a Chow Mein, or something relatively low points and try and stick to diet soda, it'll be the first real PP test for me, eating-out-wise.
Seeing as everyone else is talking about their guts, I thought I'd share that mine seem to be doing the opposite to everyone else and refusing to let anything escape (another reason I'm worrying I might not lose anything this week)! lol. Maybe I should try eating more fruit, veg & fibre. I hope everyone else's tummies clear up soon & good luck to those doing the exercise challenge, you're doing well so far!
