ProPoints Lots to lose: Trying to refind the wagon!!!!

just forget that u had it wildtrapeze!!! How many pp are u allowed in a day!!!! u cant have been over by much!!!!!!!!!! and anyway ur exercise is bound to have covered it anyway!!!!!!!!!!

so dust urself of and keep going!!! u can do it!!! U HAVE TO DO IT!!!!! LOL
 
Dont know what happened there i sent the last message before i was finished!!!!!!!!

i was on xenical for 2 months last year and can only say i had 1 bad episode from it!!!! thankfully i was at home when it happened!!!! Have a box left in the cupboard and was considering using it again!! but think ill leave it till my weight loss slows down!!!! no point takin it nowl when the weights comin off by itself already!!!!!

I find it really hard to get back into the swing of it whenever i've had a treat!!! my guts are still dodgy from it today!!!! so on the plus side i'm not gonna go back for more for a while!!!! but im sure half a day into it again today and ill be grand!!!!!!!!!
 
thats what the weekly points are for hun, but i know what you mean about your guts playing up.. if i have a treat i normally spend the night on the loo too.. it's like our boddies have just had enough xx
 
yeah definately wont be doin it again for a while!!!!!!!!!! only problem is that i have to wait another 7 days to WI again!!!!!!!!! find this part of the week while long!!!! i jus want it all off NOW NOW NOW LOL!!! what is ur WI Day again Lou!!!!
 
mine is a tuesday hun.. counting the days... i find it really hard not to have a sneek peek but found in the past it knocks me back i treat myself if i have lost or gained lol.. i think thats the most frustrating thing of all.. the dreaded wait !! even getting to class and seeing a long queue is enough to send me into melt down LOL xx
 
I've built up some 12 odd points with exercise so far this week and so that makes up for more than what I went into my weeklies for so its ok. Its just the fact that I always drummed into my head that I can eat anything as long as its in moderation and the syllabub was just cup of cream and sugar basically, with a bit of lemon and lime in! If I wanted a treat I think I should have had a curly wurly or a mars mini or something, not a pot of cream! lol
It's ok though, I got back on the wagon straight away and did some exercise :)

oh dont chat i feel like i'm a lamb waiting to be slaughtered when i'm waiting!!! every1 needs a treat whether u've lost or gained!!!! as long as u dont have to much treats lol!!!! ur bound to have lost weight if this will be ur first WI!!!!!!!!!! i jump on my scales nearly EVERYDAY lol (i know i shouldnt) doesnt knock me back cause i know it weights about 1 or 2 pound heavier that the class scales!!!!! ur weight changes 3 or 4 times everyday so there's no point worrying about it!!!!! my scales weight 2lb heavier today than last night which is impossible as i've only had 2 coffees and half a melon today lol!!!!

that means we now have a monday, tuesday, thursday, saturday and sunday WI in this thread!!! should break the week in nicely xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
i know a bar of aero is 6pp would rather have that an really enjoy it rather than cream full of sugar!!! i always keep something wee in my handbag (usually a bar) so that when the situation comes aroure nd i always have something there for back-up!!!! and ill also try to stay a few points under my daily allowance so that when the times comes it wont be sooooo bad!!!!

i've only done 2 hrs so far!!! not sure when i'm gonna get to the gym again as my mate has an interview tomor and then i have to work!!!!! Might pack the boys into the car tomor and take them for a nice walk in the country park!!! (i know its not a while hard exercise but at least its better than sittin on my fat bum lol)

Well ladies, how is everyone doing today? I feel like I have stuffed myself again, cheese on toast, Quorn hot dogs and a WW pizza! I've used about half of my weeklies so far and only have Saturday & Sunday to go, so fingers crossed for WI on Monday morning. I am feeling a bit nervous about losing this week as I weighed myself a couple of nights ago (naughty, naughty!) and things were not looking good. But I know your weight fluctuates, leave it until WI day, yadda yadda yadda, but I thought I'd share my anxiety! My pregnant friend wants to meet up for dinner next week, so I am going to brave going out to Belfast on the night after my morning weigh in, so I have the week to burn off the damage I do! Don't know where we're going yet, but I'm thinking I might try and get away with a Chow Mein, or something relatively low points and try and stick to diet soda, it'll be the first real PP test for me, eating-out-wise.

Seeing as everyone else is talking about their guts, I thought I'd share that mine seem to be doing the opposite to everyone else and refusing to let anything escape (another reason I'm worrying I might not lose anything this week)! lol. Maybe I should try eating more fruit, veg & fibre. I hope everyone else's tummies clear up soon & good luck to those doing the exercise challenge, you're doing well so far!
 
i wouldnt worry about the dinner doll i always have a treat the night that i get weighed and ur wise to stick to diet drinks or water!!! and a chow mein is delisious and soooo low points u could even treat urself to a lovely desert!!! and yes i'm shakin my finger at u(i weigh myself at home to) dont worry about it till ur WI day!!!! and if things dont go ur way this week stick to it! stick with us!!! we will help u get there!!!!

i have a terrible fear that if i dont go to the toilet before WI i am goin to have 5lb on lol!!! horrible question!!! when is the last time u went!!! if constipated poo can make u weigh anything up to 7lbs heavier!!!! so get the fibre into u and while u are waiting for that to kick in go to the chemist and get a gentle laxative to help u go!!!!

Aww, thanks. I think I'll be ok if I lose one pound, although I'd like two! Can't bear to stay the same as I spent 3 weeks in February sticking to plan and didn't lose a thing, it was heart-breaking!

I can't believe it makes that much of a difference! I'll be sure to start into the All-Bran! lol. It's nothing too serious, just a few days, but less frequent than I'd like!

Yup, I weigh myself at home on Monday mornings in my PJs before I eat anything! lol.
 
lol good idea!!! i am terrified of eatin all day on a thursday incase it puts on 1lb lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im findin it harder as my points go down to stttrrreeeettttccccccchhhhhhh them!!!! am tryin to keep a few points for a bacardi breezer and a curly wurly tonight lol
 
Yeah, I need to start eating what is healthy and filling, rather than what is nice all the time! Have you dropped many points so far? I've only dropped one!
 
ive only dropped 2 points so far 1 everyweek!!!! but i notice the difference already!! its the difference between a slice of toast or a curly wurly!!!! have 10pp left today gonna have a bacardi breezer now and a ww desert or a curly wurly!!!!!
 
Oh, good for you! I had all mine eaten by dinner time .. and quite a few weeklies in me, too! lol.

I've gone over by 9pp today! Argh! I didn't think it was that bad! Lol I'm wasn't going to do any exercise tonight either because I've done it every day! I need to give myself a break!
Getting the exercise bike tomoro, gonna work all that off!

I had no idea that Poo weighed that much lol! I agree though, a gentle laxative should sort you out!

Is anyone else slipping a bit and finding themselves eating worse every day? Or is it just me!?! Lol

Right, thanks for all the advice guys, but I am now officially stepping back from the bowel-talk! lol.

No, I'm definitely eating worse every day! Let's all make an extra effort to reign it back in tomorrow and eat healthily and be proud of ourselves!! :D
