ProPoints Lots to lose: Trying to refind the wagon!!!!

i have stayed under my points today!!! but i felt myself slip when i showed 6 or 7 chips in my mouth earlier!!! i had 2 cadburys half fat moose tonight 4pp for the two!!! and i still feel bad about that even though i have 6pp left!!! i feel like i'm obsessed!!!!!

1 last comment on the bowel subject and then i promise ill stop erin!!! it doesn't necessarily weigh that amount but if u were really constipated then it could be anything UP TO THAT!!!!!

I've just worked out that all my activity points I've racked up have all gone thanks to over eating :( I've gone from struggling to eat all my PP to going over days in a row! Just need to get that happy medium.

I know that the weekly points are there incase you do go over, you can still lose weight but if you dont eat them then you can maximise the weight loss. If I was losing 4lb+ a week like you guys it wouldnt bother me. But I've lost 3lb in a month! I too have been weighing myself at home every now and again, weighed myself today and it says im up 1lb. All hell will break loose if I'm a STS or put on weight, come WI!!! I know I'll definately lose all motivation if that happens. Fingers crossed I get a loss though, and hopefully it'll be enough to get me into the 13 stones, once I'm there then theres no way Im going back into the 14s!

I've got some soy beans cooking in vegetable stock in my slow cooker overnight tonight, going to make some home made veggie burgers with them and some veggies in. I work it out that the burger patty will be 2pp and I'm making about 10 in advance and freezing them. Add some BNS chips and vegetables and its a really low PP dinner :) Hopefully they'll come out alright, its the first time I've tried making veggie burgers from scratch.

laurenasha I get a lot of info from my friend who goes to WW meetings and she has told me that its important you eat as close to your daily allowance as possible. The maximum you should ever be under is by 2pp. Apparently, if you diet and say (for example), use all your 39pp for 2 weeks, then suddenly only start eating just 32pp, your body will go into a mode where it stores food because it thinks your starving yourself! So in effect, you'll put on weight!
When you put that into context with the fact that when you lose weight your points adjust and its only really ever by 1 or 2pp a time, it makes sense. If you get what I mean??
 
Right girls lets crack the whip and get back into it full swing!!!! we should all sit down at night and plan our next days meals and snacks!!!! will be more easy to stay in control that way!!!! sounds like ur already trying this wildtrapeze lol!!!!!

hum must look at my trackers and see how many ive been eating under!!!!! but cant complain at the minute as ive 11lb off in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!
 
Yeah I wouldnt mind if I'd have lost 11lb too!! My WI is sunday morning so who knows might have suddenly dropped a stone haha!!
Its hard for me to plan my meals because I don't do the shopping and I don't control whats bought. Im hoping these burgers are going to come out nice, havent had a burger in ages!
All of a sudden we've got these things in our house like mini chocolate bars, canned whipped cream, angel delight, SYLLABUB!! (damn the syllabub and its 12pp!) and chocolate croissants and biscuits and....the list goes on. When I first started WW at the start of feb, there was nothing like that in the house so thats why I started out so good. So I've decided that I'm going to cut out all the pictures of slim girls from magazines and cellotape the b*ggers to everything thats fattening!! hahaha! I'm getting desperate!

I'm off to do some squats and lunges and then bed! Night all!

P.S The names Sherri :) I dont mind it if people would rather call me by my name rather than my username, it makes sense that way lol
 
well sherri sound abit more friendly lol!!!! could u not buy urself in a few things to eat so that they are a better choice!!! i do the shoppin and have to buy all the lovely stuff for my fella and boys but i also buy things that are JUST FOR ME and have it well hidden or well warned that they are for me and NO-ONE ELSE lol

ah sometimes we can plan plan plan and then we have something we haven't planned lol.. but if we deprive ourselves it is a slippery slope .. dont worry about having the few chips etc just point them hun.. thats how i fell off the ww wagon last year on the normal discovery.. i lost 1.5 stone but then started cheating myself and " forgetting" to track the few chips, peice of choc etc and when my weightloss started to slow i got de-motivated and left !

and sherri hun, dont worry about WI sometimes our body does weird things sometimes we dont loose yet have done 100% just stick with it and it will sort it's self out hun xx

and remember before wi my old leader used to say 1lb a pee LOL..

yeah i track everyday, keeps me on top, last time i did ww i found i gained for sts on the weeks were i didn't track everything so i know it helps me..
i wi on a tues morning in class.. it's my first weigh in on tues but as i have been doing slimming world i am not expecting a huge loss any would be good as i only lost 0.5lb in 4 weeks on sw.. so crossing everything for tues.. i'll join the monthly pass then so i am paying monthly which also MAKES me go or i am wasting the cash..

i have my best mates wedding in may so want to loose a stone for that, as i have seen a lovely dress in oasis so thatsy mini goal..

have you girls got any mini goals ??
 
hey lou!!! one of my best friends is also getting married this year in June!!! i would love to lose 3st before then!!!! i know its allot but I've 11lb of in 2 weeks with ww!!!

u never know after being wit slimming world and losing 0.5lb U may get a great loss with ww this week!!! i must say i really do love the new plan!!!!! and i find going to classes essential to keeping me at it xxxxx
 
well it's possible hun you have had great losses so far, stick with it hopefully we'll both be alot healthier and look amazing in our new clothes lol xx
 
i hope so!!! my partners best friend got married in september and i felt horrible being big!!! and my dress was busting by the time i had dinner!!! dont want to have that problem this time round xxxxxxxxxxx
 
i'm sure you'll look fab.. thats what i am aiming for a nice comfortable dress which wont stop circulation after i have inhaled my food lol xx
