Lou, I 2nd what Lauren said, give yourself a break for couple of weeks, its gonna take the meds that long to kick in and then you will be feeling better and in a much better frame of mind to tackle the weight loss. We are all here for you when you need us xx
Carly wont be able to manage a swim on sat (not good swimmer anyway so wudnt earn much ap ha ha) but am going for good hour and half walk in morn and get it out of the way as I will have my 3 children for the day, if its anyway fine will bring them to the playground where they can go on their bikes and I can get another little walk done. Have forwarded planned, gonna have spicy fahitas tomorrow night (my fav thing Im eating on ww at the mo) so that should help me avoid temptation during the day knowing Im tucking into them 2moro evening. Very proud of myself too, havent stepped on the scales since Wed aft before my ww wi.
Leannef - well done on your losses to date, you are doing brill, 1lb up is nothing, I was same last week and I got so disheartened by it, I couldnt understand why I gained, lost that lb this week and am motivated again for week ahead. That lb of yours is prob already gone.
