Evening everyone.

Sorry, I've been off work today so not been on much.

I really didn't want to go to WI tonight as thought I'd put weight on, but I had a word with myself and went.

I lost 2lbs. I'm really pleased, I know it isn't much but it's in the right direction.

B: Scrambled eggs and spaghetti on toast (1B)
S: 3 chocolate fingers (?? syns)
L: Starbucks skinny latte (1A)
S: Hifi bar (1B)
D: Jacket potatoes with smooth cottage cheese

Yeah still on for the race. Dont think i will lose this week I have not eaten for days cos I had a stomach bug. Hopefully I will feel better in the morning n get my appetite back.
 
Aww sorry to hear that hun, are you starting to feel better? I reckon you'll still be in for a loss - the is no stopping you! x

Well i have stopped being sick and the stomach cramps have gone thank god. My back still bad though. I do hope to get a loss fingers crossed. :)

L: Pasta N' Sauce with beans
S: Yogurt
D: Smash pizza with lean bacon (1B) and sweetcorn, peppers and cheese (1A)

I'm going to try and get 4lbs off next week to get my 1/2 stone award, I know it's a long shot but if I try really hard.... just maybe xxx

Hey hun you can do it your doing really well. Is the smash pizza nice I was going to make it when it was in the mag but I kept forgetting about it then I lost the mag with the recipe I think OH threw it away by accident.

Well done Louise! I bey you're pleased you went. I am worried about WI tonight after all that wine on Friday, but I only have myself to blame, and after seeing your message, it's spurred me on to still go to class tonight! x
 
Go for it Leila, I honestly wasn't going to go - nevermind stay at class, but I did both and it's really motivated me again.

Son - the pizza is lovely, don't need a recipe......

* Just make smash as dry as possible so it all clumps together
* Pat onto a baking tray really thin (doesn't matter what shape)
* Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, turn it over and bake some more
* Spread tomato puree on the potato base, top with anything you like (peppers, bacon, sweetcorn,cheese etc)
* Stick back in oven for 5 minutes
* Enjoy

(P.S i find it can be a bit dry so spread some baked beans on too - sounds gross, tastes lush)

Ummm...Im going to have sweetcorn, mushrooms, peppers and onion (no meat as saving HEB) for cheese!!
Im just tucking into lunch now too...got to be done!!
