Yeah still on for the race. Dont think i will lose this week I have not eaten for days cos I had a stomach bug. Hopefully I will feel better in the morning n get my appetite back.Thanks hun - still on for the ticker race but have no chance of catching up with you!! Well done on your 9lbs x

Just updating my diary as I want to be 100% today:
B: Baked beans on toast (1B)
S: Alpen light bar (3 syns)
L: Pasta N' Sauce with beans
S: Yogurt
D: Smash pizza with lean bacon (1B) and sweetcorn, peppers and cheese (1A)
I'm going to try and get 4lbs off next week to get my 1/2 stone award, I know it's a long shot but if I try really hard.... just maybe xxx

Sorry, I've been off work today so not been on much.
I really didn't want to go to WI tonight as thought I'd put weight on, but I had a word with myself and went.
I lost 2lbs. I'm really pleased, I know it isn't much but it's in the right direction.
