Lou's diary - (Celebrity Slim)

Arrgh, I'm sat here watching the clock, but I know as soon as I get home I'll be manically running around.

I've got to:

* cook and eat my tea
* go to beauticans
* pack my bags
* get showed and changed
* get diesel

In the space of 1 hour!!!

I have to be on the way to the airport at 7pm, otherwise the world will end in a dramatic fashion.

I just want to go noooow x (oh and I'm bored if you can't guess)
 
Here is my plan..... watch and learn.. hehe

* cook and eat my tea
This is already defrosted (vegetable chilli), I'm going to stick a spud in the microwave whilst I'm in the shower.

* go to beauticans
This is about 5 doors down from my house and will take only 15 mins in total

* pack my bags
virtually done it all, just need to find passport (eek)

* get showed and changed
Do this whilst tea is cooking after beauticans

* get diesel
On way to airport

Phew! It just frustrates me that I'm sat here doing sweet FA.

What do you do wonder? I gave my notice in 2 months ago and have been excluded from everything ever since!!
 
Cripes, you should be with the SAS with kind of planning precision! ;)

I'm a PA - and you? How come you had to give so much notice? I only started here 3 months ago, but boss is... well... I won't go there. Life's too short so moving on and will temp for time being. It's all good! :D x
 
I'm a Development Manager and develop new cheese products such as Cathedral City etc.

Not sure, virtually everyone is on 3 months, but as I work on confidential projects, they've taken me off them so I can't blab to competitors, not that I'd want to as I'm moving to different sector in January (Police).

Hopefully my hour at home will go to plan, I'm a bit OCD when it comes to planning.

Hmm, I'm sure it's really important to actually get on with the person you PA for. The PA's here are ace, they know EVERYTHING! x

I've been very ashamed of my weight and thought there's no way I could tell my boyfriend my weight about 2months ago. I have been with my fella since january 2008 and I have never liked to share my weight with anyone (struggled to step on the scales at sw coz i didnt want the person writing down the weights to know!) but now I am more comfortable with him (if he's seen me naked what's the problem? lol) and I bit the bullet and told my partner how much I weighed the other week. I have gained 3 1/2 stone since being with him and he's never seen my weight as a problem but he thinks it's good that i'm doing something about it instead of just moaning about it and still stuffing my face with junk food.
He is now going to be my official weigher and write my weight down for me and help keep me on track :) I thinks it's nice having the support there (and I am also the biggest girlfriend he's ever had, his last could be compared to a stick) but if your fella loves you then i don't think he would mind, after all you're working at getting the weight off rite :D
What ever you decide, good luck with the weight loss!

Terri - hiya, and good on you for telling him, I still don't think i can do it and he is fine and understands. I think when I've lost a few stone I'll feel better telling him.

Anyhow................ WHAT A WEEKEND (beware for a long post)

Went to pick Marc up on Thursday night from the airport, I was good and had veg chilli and jacket potato before I went.

Friday:

B: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms and fried bread (10 syns)
S: Babybels (1A) and chicken breast and fruit
D: Chicken salad with parmasan (1A) and dressing (5 syns)
S: Krispy creme doughnut (20 syns - at least)

So a pretty rubbish day as far as the diet is concerned but it could have been a lot worse. We got to bluewater about 4pm and it was soooo quiet, did ALL my chrismas shopping there.

Saturday (France)

We got up super early and went straight to Dover to catch ferry. As soon as we got on the ferry we headed to the restaurant to get some (healthy) breakfast, however, the que was about 4 miles long so we went to costa coffee on the ferry instead........ eeek.

B: Americano and crisps (thought they'd be better than the pastry option) (10 syns)
S: Fruit and babybel (1A)
L: Bacon omlette with salad and chips (only ate about 5 chips)
S: Fruit and 1/2 Lion bar (7 syns)
D: Chicken kebab with no pitta and garlic mayo (4 syns)

So, I'm not expecting a loss tomorrow, but I was on holiday (ish) and I did enjoy myself. I think I've done ok, so hopefully the news won't be too bad.

How is everyone else? How was your weekends? I'm going to catch up on all the posts now xxx
 
Hey - yup Im good thanks. You sound like you did well food wise, considering how you could have done/would have done pre SW if you're like me! Im going back to class on Thur and Im quite excited bout it xxxx
 
Hi hun, yeah, I was feeling quite down about it but it would have been a lot worst pre SW days, plus I enjoyed my weekend and am actually looking forward to jumping straight back on to plan. I'm really inspired by Son's 9lbs weight loss. Woo!! x

Louise, I admire your control! If that was me, there would be no brie or pain au chocolate left in France right now!! Lol
Wonder, dont panic about the little slip up, as long as you are back on track now, its not going to cause too much damage to your loss overall...just be prepared if the scales dont work in your favour this week....you will know why.
My weekend was spent working, ironing and jumping around like a lunatic at a 3 year olds birthday party (I think I had more fun than my Daughter!)

I kind of fell of the SW wagon on Friday night - Red wine and WAY too much of it - ho hum... x
