Morning everyone, I'm in a really good mood today, Marc is coming home from his holiday tonight - Yay!!
I've just had my breakfast at work, the are normally 10 of us in here, but they've all gone to a training course so that leaves me on my own here all day. I feel a bit excluded as I've not been invited, but sod it - I'm on holiday tomorrow so it's all good!!
B: Baked beans on toast (1B) and coffee
S: Mug shot
L: Pasta N' Sauce with baked beans mixed in (weird but need to use them)
S: Sushi (4syns)
D: Vegetable chilli and rice
S: Hifi bar (1B)
Hope everyone has a lovely day.
I've got to prepare a buffet lunch for 10 people this morning, is going to be difficult handling all that food and not eating any of it. Arrghh.

Right - I've just got back from Tesco, I've got smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches (my all time fav), crisps, cakes etc.......... but I bought myself some ready prepared melon, some sushi and some babybels, so hopefully if I concentrate on this, I won't pick at the food I'm preparing.
As I'm on the own in the office I'm going to eat noodles etc when I'm hungry as the is no one here to give me funny looks!! x

I can't wait to eat my sushi at lunch, it's the only thing that will stop me pining for my collegues "fat lunch", hehe.
Yeah, Marc is my boyfriend, he's welsh so his name is spelt with a 'c' rather than a 'k', I just think he's awkward.
I spoke to him last night and he's bought me a ring as a present....... woooo, there again he sent me a pic of one he found yesterday and it looked like a purlple and green cabbage on a ring - bleugh.
I'm hoping he's picked another one!
I've got to go and "serve" dinner to all my delightful collegues in ten minutes - arrrgghh!! x

Hiya Son, I'm good thanks hun. Apart from I was making fishcakes last night and decided to lick the mashed potato off the knife I was turning them with........ not realising the knife was red hot.
I now have a very sore tongue, but it serves me right for licking the knife (my Mum always told me not to).
I'd just like to point out that I was only cooking for myself......!

Im fine thanks I am looking forward to wi for a change. I have been really good this week so it better pay off tonight. I rec I have lost about 5Lbs fingers crossed but any loss is better than nothing.
