Thanks Leila - I'm hoping I can escape work early so I get time to go home and have a wee and strip off extra layers of clothing before I go to WI.

May even see if I can go and donate a pint of blood and get my hair cut before hand too..........

It's been less than exciting, but for some reason, seems to be passing quickly, which is tremendously good news, because I hate Mondays too - they're pants!

My friend, Alice, is popping over tonight for dinner. She's so sweet, she always eats my SW food. Bless!

WI for me tomorrow. Quite excited at the mo, but come tomorrow, I'll probably get the WI jitters! x

Ooh, well... today is a red day, so I'm making chilli! I count the kidney beans as a HEXB. When I make real chilli (as appose to Quorn) I like to eat it on it's own with a dollop of VLF plain yogurt. I have a huge bowl of it - it's so filling and really tasty. I'll serve up a big mixed salad too, with WW Balsamic dressing which is only 0.5 Syn per tbsp!

All washed down with a nice glass of red - large = 9 syns

Arrghh. I'm really fed up.

I rushed to WI last night and found I'd put on 1.5lbs. I seriously don't know how, ok, I cheated a little bit but not enough to put that much on?!

Oh well, whats done is done... I'm not going to adjust my ticker as it will break my heart (hehe), so I'm going to do more red days this week to see if I can get some weight shifted.

Green day today though

B: Beans on toast (1B)
S: Apple
L: Veg chilli and rice
S: Banana
D: Jacket potato and tuna salad (1B)

No syns today if I can help it! x

Dont worry about the gain this week, it will probably just be water anyway and if you stay on the straight and narrow, it will come off next week.

B: 3 LF pork sausages and scrambled eggs
S: Apple
L: Big bowl of chilli and maybe a jacket potato (1B)
S: Yogurt and banana
D: Steak and stirfry vegetables with chilli sauce (3 syns)
S: Hifi bar (1B)

Please can people see if this is ok, as I get a bit lost on a red day!

Oh, Sweetheart, that's such a bummer! I know exactly how you're feeling right now, but I agree with MrsV. You have been good so I reckon you'll see it in next week's WI. SW really does work, so if you know that you've stuck to things, you will see the results. I don't know how/why it happens, but sometimes the weight loss does show up over 2 weeks instead of 1 - I've seen it a million times in class and with myself too in the past.

Just hang on in there this week and maybe also try to up your intake of the SS foods, to give you weight loss a boost!

Thanks hun, I appreciate that.

I'm going to try a new tactic - I know I may be guilty of not counting syns when I get home (only small things like 1/2 biscuit).... however, I'm going to try and not have any syns at work and then save them for when I get home.

Also - I was really suprised last week when I lost 2lbs as I knew then I'd been naughty (France etc), so perhaps that has caught up with me...

Arrgh still. I (and we) WILL DO THIS x
