L: Carrott and corriander soup with toast (1B)
S: Mini fudge (3 syns)
S: Hifi bar after WI (1B)
D: Steak stirfry

I can't wait to go home and get my light clothes on... I don't care if it's minus 4, I'm going in vest top and shorts! x

I've planned tomorrows menu already and IT'S A GREEN DAY (thankfully).

B: Scrambled eggs and baked beans
S: Yogurt
L: Pasta N' Sauce and fudge bar (3 syns)
S: Satsumas and hifi bar (1B)
D: Potato wedges with steak and mushrooms (1B)
 
Hiya Taz.. I'm having two, one to remove some teeth and the other to mend my elbow, dreading the elbow one as I won't be able to drive for at least 2 weeks afterwards.

Anyway.... I went to WI and lost 2.5lbs, not as much as I wanted but I've not "been" for about 3 days!!! I'm doing a green day tomorrow to help move things along a bit. Sorry if too much info!! x

Hahahaha... if only. I feel so yuk now. I can't wait for tomorrow, I'm going to have jacket potatoes and beans constantly!! Hehe.

Going to do a load more red days though as I quite enjoyed them.

I love red days, but i know some people struggle, glad to hear you've not ruled them out! glad you're ticker is up to date. its been a good day thanks, have been swimming so feel quite proud of myself!!! hows you day been? x
 
Same old at work to be fair. Was sooo cold this morning when I was de frosting my car, then it snowed a bit and I got totally over excited and got told off by my boss!

Then went to WI, went to Sainsburys, made some soup and some tea and thats that!

I went to Sainsburys looking for a post WI treat and yet again... all I wanted was a crusty bread roll. No cakes, biscuits, chocolates, sweets, crisps... just bread. Hehe.

Well done on the swimming... I'm jealous as I have to swim in wee if I want to go! x

Haha - they're not that bad!

I found I lived on spicy mince virtually all week, stirfrys are really quick and easy too. xx
 
I often find that I don't 'go' for a few days if I've eaten a lot of meat which is why I try to avoid red days
 
Hehe, I know!! I took some tablets last night and I'm feeling so much better this morning.
