Lou's Diary - onwards and inwards!

Hehe, the only thing I can suggest losingme is - giving up exercise!! I was flogging my guts out and not losing, then when I stopped - I start losing quicker?

Anyway - manic days again, been for my pre op this morning, talk more about all that later, just want to jot my food down for day...

S: 3 chocolates (9 syns - was in hosp from 11am until 2pm, was sooo hungry so gave in)
L: Pasta N' Sauce
D: ??

Off to doctors now to get a mole removed from my face..... laters xxx
 
Hi diary - still stupidly busy so no time to update properly.. just food..

S: Banana and alpen light (0.5B)
L: Jacket potato and beans
S: Alpen light bar (0.5B)
D: Jacket potato with garlic, cheese (1a), bacon (1b) and onion with salad and a mini corn on cob

L: 1/2 sausage roll and 2 pieces of fudge (at food and drink festival)
S: Aero
D: Jacket potato and baked beans

I've been totally off plan today, so not going to try and count the syns up, arrgh, I hate staying at boyfriends as he has NOTHING healthy in the house, no fruit etc. I just need to be more prepared.

Here is to a better day tomorrow... I really want to get my 2 stone award on Tuesday, but think I've ruined my chances.

Hi everyone, am off work today so trying to get the house clean before I go into hospital on Thursday, I can't seem to motivate myself though...

S: 2 x flumps (3 syns)
D: Roast chicken with green beans and carrots
 
Good to see you back on plan today then :) You didn't have such a bad day when you did go off plan, little saint you :D!
 
Hi Kiki, it could have been worse, but i've got a feeling I'm going to pay for it at weigh in tonight though...

Tuesday - red day

S: Apple
L: Carrot and corriander soup and cold chicken strips
S: Hifi bar (1B)
D: Homemade chicken curry with a jacket potato (1B)

I've been plotting my little blue lines all over the place to see if I think I'll be able to manage the routes I want to do!

Arrrrggghhh prawn - I am soooo nervous about weigh in tonight, I've been weighing myself wearing different clothes, I've got my see through knickers on, I don't know what else I can do!!

Hello diary - well I STS this week which I am pleased with, I've pushed it and I was lucky to get away with not having a gain.

Pretty ok day today, had horrible nights sleep. Couldn't sleep as nervous about tomorrow's operation, arrgh. Didn't think I was bothered but obviously am. :(

Anyway - green day today

L: Salad from canteen (3 syns to allow for mayo)
S: 1/2 jam doughnut (4 syns) and alpen light (0.5B)

its funny we think we're not bother but our bodies tell us otherwise im sure you'll be just dandy Lou thinking of you but be glad when its a done and over with then look ahead to the next one and get over the whole experiance xxxx which ones first again mole? it'll be over before you have time to think about it xxx good luck for the Pre-op too xx Lyns xx
 
Thanks hun - it's the big one tomorrow, having an arthroscopy on my elbow, then it's wisdom teeth out at start of August, don't know when I'm having my mole on face removed as GP was going to do it, but backed out (scared of ruining my perfect face - haha).

So busy, busy but least it'll all be done soon.

How are you getting on anyway Lyns - you're xmas countdown is beyond scary!! xxx
 
Thanks girlys... i'm out of hospital now, hurts a lot more than i expecting. Can't move my elbow for next 2 weeks so am trying to type left handed... sw is going ok ishhh..

Thursday

S: 2 toast and water

Friday
B: alpen and yogurt (1B)
L: chicken, mash, stuffing, peas, grrn beans and gravy followed by bread and butter pudding with custard!!! (i love hosp food) 15 syns and 1B???
D: Approx 300g of rustic oven chips and mushy peas (3 syns)

Saturday (back home)
B: 1 toast (1B)
L: bowl of baked beans and some cheese (1A)
S: Cadbury buttons (6 syns)

L: Jelly beans and half bag crisps (10 syns)
D: New potatoes, courgettes and carrots with tartare sauce (2 syns)

Monday - NEED to be on plan today
B: Cherry muller light (2 syns)
S: Wotsits (6 syns?), grapes and apple
L: Pasta N' Sauce
D: Pasta with bacon and cherry tomatoes (1B)
