Meh - am so tired, getting up at 4.45am nearly killed me this morning, just went in my bedroom and the curtains were still closed, I was so tempted just to have a little lie down, hate sleeping in the day though as it makes me groggy and naggy when I wake up, think I'll just settle for an early night although I'm bound to get my second wind as soon as it's bed time and end up watching tv till late.
Enough of my rambling... need to tidy house and get food diary written up (truthfully)..
Monday - red
B: 42g allbran and a pear (B)
S: 3 toffees at 6am as I needed a boost (6 syns)
S: 5 chocolate fingers (10 syns?)
L: Veggi soup
S: Yogurt and hifi light (1/2B)
D: Chickpea dahl, spinach and h/m potato wedges
Eeeek, had all my syns before 7am this morning, what am I like!!!
