LPV's Road to Target!

Day 2 of FF and I AM going to be good!
Breakfast: (Fake)Cheese on toast (5)
Dinner: Jacket with Tuna and Sweetcorn and a side salad. (5)
Tonight I will be making Chilli for tea. Obviously the FF way (10)

I plan on doing another workout on my zumba tonight as well as it is truely amazing.
 
You are making me jealous of the new zumba! I never use my one at home though - belt has wax all over it :doh:

My instructor was at her gold instructing course last week and we have loads of new african stylee routines. Well cool
 
Yer there seems to be alot of that on the new rush. Its reeeally good, has modern songs like 'we no speak americano' which I really enjoyed. I think i had become used to my old zumba as i have been doing that game for over a year and probably wasnt burning as many calories with it. Last night I could barely breath when I finished and I had stripped down to my underwear lol
 
Day 3 on FF, its getting harder!
Breakfast: Apple, satsuma, banana
Dinner: Beans on toast
Tea: Gunna make the quorn stirfry.

May have a sneaky piece of birthday cake at dinner. Will do extra zumba tonight to burn it off though.

Going on a football bender tomorrow. Going to try and keep to the ff food but unfortunately I shall be drinking!
Got sandwiches for my dinner and tea already packed tho so fingers crossed i'm good x
 
So from what I remember I have drunk a bottle of vodka and 2 pitcher of purple rain. Not that bad tbh! Will carry on with ff tomorrow.
Breakfast: bacon sandwich
Dinner: chicken and lettuce sandwich (more bread I know but better than a pie!)
Tea: home made supersede stew nomnom!
 
I didn't manage it. I had a Yorkshire pud, stuffing and mash...theeeeen ate a chocolate gateux. Lots of zumba for me tonight. Stupid chocci cravings!
 
Stupid chooci cake. Gained half last night. I was really disappointed. Followed ff really strictly for 4 days then drank for 1 day and ate a cake yesterday but wanted a lb at least!
Left group feeling really down last night and was ready to quit. Could have eaten rubbish last night and today but limited it. Made a big chilli in slow cooker and i'm gunna try a red week. My C said she was gunna ring me and explain but hasn't yet. Ill have a look on here.
Today.
Breakfast: 2xsatsuma
Dinner: chicken and bacon sandwich
Tea: superfree chilli.

Today will be ee as there are beans in the chilli. Gunna read up and make my menu in a bit c

Thanks. Well done for getting into the 9s.

My C didn't ring so just going to try blag it.
Breakfast: gunna have lots of fruit
Dinner: probably left over chilli. Using the beans as one of my healthy bs.
Tea: i'm not sure of yet. Need some inspiration! X
 
Today I have eaten 4 apples!!!! nomnomnom
Breakfast: Apples
Dinner: Left over superfree stew and 2 apples
Tea: I have a Curry in the slow cooker :-D
 
Today I am working all day doing make up at a photo shoot.
So I have a box of strawberries with me and nothing more lol.
Dunno wha to have for tea as we have no cooker :-(
 
So my oh has borrow a George Foreman so I have a slow cooker, a steamer and a grill. I made chicken pasta with lots of veg using all 3 and it was GORGEOUS. I will now be cooking all my meat on the grill x
