I made pancakes for my son on the griddle of the George Foreman this morning. He said they were gorgeous. I resisted!
Today I am going to a Chinese for my Sunday lunch which I know is naughty but we deserve a treat after all that moving?
I know I am going to gain again this week as *week has just arrived with a vengeance!
Today I have been good
EE day as I had no dinner so had to go to canteen.
Breakfast: small pancake (6syns ish), 2 apples
Break: apple and hifi bar (hexb)
Dinner: small jacket and beans
Tea: superfree chilli with (fake) cheese on (hexa)
Gunna try do some zumba later but I am in middle of moving house so depends if I get time!

Today I have walked to work from my new house. It is 2.5 miles up hill!!!!

Breakfast:tinned peaches(2 1/2 syns), londis didnt have any fresh fruit!!!!
Dinner: I am having left over chilli (Beans HexB)
Tea: Grilled chicken, veg and gravy (1syn)

Breakfast: toasted pitta (hexb)
Dinner: small jacket (hexb) with tuna
Tea: Superfree stew nomnom
Might make dumplings to go with the stew seen as I haven't had any syns yet!
I just went on Slimming World website and it told me that dumplings are only 2 1/2 Syns!!! If so I will be eating them every week with my stew!
Had one small one made in my stew last night as I hadnt had any syns.

Dinner: Small Jacket (HExB1) with Tuna, banana
Tea: chicken curry with peppers and onions and passata. Small pitta bread (HExB2)
Walked to school then doing an hour yoga afterwards, gunna walk home then see how I feel. I might do some zumba too!
Going away with my besti for the weekend so gunna stock up on Superfree treats. She's already text me where the nearest spoons is and the nearest Chinese to where we are staying! Also going to the national wedding fayre so will be testing yummy yummy food all day. Gunna have to be good. O just keep thinking 2lbs n i'm in the 9s!

2 weight watchers biscuits cos they came free in the goody bag
And now I am going to eat an Indian takeaway! Not been as bad as I could have been but probs won't loose my 2 lbs I want this week
So yesterday I was still really good. Im suprirsed with myself that I have been able to keep up been good for so long!
Breakfast was an apple and a hifi bar
Dinner was 2 apples and 2 satsumas (no food in the house)
Tea was a tuna and tomato pasta with a big salad (more than half my plate was salad)
Today I have been a little naughty.
Breakfast : Sausage butty (reduced fat sausages, bread HExB)
Dinner will be whatever my OH brings me as I have forgotten it.
Tea I am going out with work to anall you can eat indian to celebrate our GCSE results so I will try be good but i REALLY love indian!
