LRO...name needs to change, I think ;(

Well, officially I am 9st 8lbs - so that's a 1lb gain over Christmas & New Year

Upping the activity has definitely helped as I thought it would be much worse than that the amount of chocolate I have downed.

All very excited as watching Waterloo Road (Jen, does that count as a soap) - and my good friends son is in it - he is playing Denzil Kelly from the new family. He's a lovely little boy and apparently a good actor. This is the first thing he's been in so looking forward to seeing how he does.

So, I am taking on the 100% challenge till I get to my goal weight and I am just about to adjust my tickers etc to reflect where I am up to now. Think my bmi will go back over 25 though.

Woot, not bad :)

I really need to get down to it  what's this 100% challenge?

xx

There's a sticking to plan 100% for 100 days challenge - but I am hoping I don't need 100 days to lose 4lbs - bloomin heck that would be taking the scenic route!

I suppose though I will officially enter maintenance so will have to stick to that 100% too.

think there must be a post about it somewhere to sign up. Think its across various diets. I am just going to add it to my signature.

Blimey, I don't think I'd need 100 days to lose 6lbs either :D
I may join up, hmm.

I just don't cope very well with 100% because I feel sorta deprived, I need my choc binges, lol :D

xx

Very good Rosie. Well done!!!!!!!!! I am hoping to be with you on reaching goal :)

1lb over xmas is fantastic! well done! :D i think you should defo join the challenge.. really worth it for the motivation :)

well done :) xxx

Your WI results are very good considering it's been Christmas etc. xx

Today my wee girl went back to school so its now about getting back into the WW routine that I was well into before Christmas - the timing has been perfect.

I have my tracker on the fridge and am raring to go. Got loads of housework to do - and some sales calls to make (the joys of being self-employed I suppose)

My OH is really suffering at the moment. He not only had his op last week he having dental treatment for an implant - which, I am led to believe is very tricky, time consuming and painful. Bless him. I am trying to be florence nightingale and be a bit more patient than my normal self.

Not sure what to do on the exercise front today. Set my activity points tracker at 21 per week (3 per day) so we'll see. Got the rest of United 93 to watch - see how I get on once the house is cleaned.

3 a day is doable by the super motivated Rosie! :D you'll easily smash that! good luck :D xxx

Thanks. Not managed any APs YET! but done lots of cleaning, some work, miniminsing etc etc - oh got in a load of wood for the fire - that might count as 0.5

Foodwise so far:

Oatso simple with 15g mixed fruit, 5g cashews and 5g sunflower seeds
1/2 pint skimmed milk
2 x tangerines (5)

bowl of homemade carrot & coriander soup (delish)(0)
WW pitta bread with EL philadelphia and salad (again, delish) (3)

NO CHOCS and I have put the lid on the tin AND put the tin on the highest shelf I could find - so I can't just pop in and eat them without thinking - would have to get a chair out for starters. ;)

Well done you! I haven actually tackled the exercise thing yet. I got as far as thinking about pilates as I need to strengthen my core, I dont want to have an op on my back again!
Ive even got the dvd on standby all I need to do is get myself doing it!! How do you motivate yourself?
