Woohoo cheers love. I was quite surprised - I weighed up 200g of this rice I had which was 600 cals and it made LOADS I bulked it out with broccoli, green beans, kidney beans, cabbage and peas and I had about 1/3rd of it, which came in at around 280 cals, I was surprised it was so low! Having another third of it for lunch today with loads of salad
Am feeling even more in the zone with watching my cals, its made me think about what I'm eating more. Knowing how many cals something is makes me think twice about eating it! Besides I don't need to eat all of this food, I've been working very long shifts the last week and its fairly sedentary with the rubbish weather we have so I don't need more.
I feel like I've lost - hopefully a big amount!! If I could get back into or near the 14's it would be great
