feeling really happy as the gain last week - although i knew it was due to holiday and small-really affected me this week and although ive been on plan my head and heart just havent been in it! i needed to see a loss to get that back,so now all is happy again.
anyway....
MONDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER - EE DAY.
breakfast = omlette-2 eggs,mushroom,ham,spring onion. with tinned tomatoes.
snack = slice of ham,pineapple.
lunch = jacket potato,baked beans,lettuce,cherry toms.a w/w yogurt.
snacks at class = 3 babybel lights(hea),kellogs fibre plus bar(heb),banana.
tea = 2 eat smart sausages(1 syn),2 bacon medallions,baked beans,potato cubes,2 poached eggs,tinned tomatos,mushrooms.
skinny cow double choc ice lolly (4.5syns).
snack = pineapple.bag of treat size cadbury buttons(4.5syns).
so syns = 9.5
drinks = 2 x cups of green tea with lemon,water,can of sprite zero.
may well have some more syns before bed but i'll edit them in in the morning if i do.
