# Lynda's life

Had a nice Jubilee street party meeting last night. Managed to get the cleaning and half the dinner cooked before they turned up at 6:30. A nice pasta bake, have the rest for lunch today.

Back playing up so can't walk or gym today so got my Prince 2 books to read at lunch time. Gonna find a sunny spot :)

Dentist today large filling ouch so not looking forward to that. But at least the pain will be gone.
 
I know I haven't been wearing a halo but there is no way I put on 8.5lbs last week.....
I will register it and wait to see next weeks scale.....:sigh:
 
Hi all,
This page looks a bit weir haven't got my head around the security thingy yet.

Doing lots of exercise and had mostly a good weekend, again who knows what the scales will bring tomorrow.
 
Lost 6.5lbs of the 8.5lbs I put on last week which is great.
Now knuckle down and keep the exercise up
over the last week I have done 65,700 steps of which 28,300 were aerobic
headed for my gold body magic week 5 of 8 done :D
 
Only lost 0.5lb this week.... office cakes and lots of exercise don't mix.
I need to feel the benefit of walking 50k a week :eek:

This week I must count and write everything down
I will go back to my old diaries and inspire myself
My Swansea visit will not be the destruction of this weeks plan

Oh Lynne I was very careful to eat anything and everything :(

eat out all weekend (Swansea Visit) and various chocs and sweets along the way.
Trying to claw back some of it today and tomorrow before weigh-in.

Mid Morning:
2x scanbran and banana - (1 HEXB) 1 Syn
Lunch:
SuperFree Soup chicken & 1 scanbran - 1 syn
Snack: Grapes, Activa yoghurt cherry and M&S caramel mini bites x 2 - 5 syns

I was too ashamed to come on here last week with +6lbs :(
But I knuckled down and had a great week lost -7lbs this week and achieved my Gold Body magic shiny :D

Here's to another minus number next week

Thanks Lynne I am so focused at the moment 2 good weekends on the trot. Just been out for a walk and it was raining :eek:

Strange this but I have found if you follow the plan it works......:eek: what a shocker.

You feel better the more days you stay on plan
Why don't we remember this when we are in the mists of a binge :confused:

Bouncing off the positivity from my MINMINS friends, thanks all.....

I had a great exercise day yesterday 30 min walk and 30 mins aerobic at the gym.
I timed my afternoon yoghurt wrong though and felt quite faint after the gym
Met my son there and started talking to him leaning against the wall and inadvertently set off the alarm oops :giggle:
"ALL FIRST AIDERS TO THE GYM!" call went out I realised what I had done they were ok though.

Just time for a walk now before my large salad lunch and the sun is shining today instead of the rain I had yesterday.
First body balance class tonight following my shoulder op in January bit nervous.
 
Only lost 0.5lb this week but with such a big loss last week all my efforts for this will show next week :)
 
Been listening to my Slimpod for 5 days now not see any changes yet, not that I have noticed anyway.
I started it while I am in a positive place so maybe I won't notice anything yet.

Apart from that I am still on the wagon and doing lots of exercise.
Walked for 40 mins yesterday and did a 40 mins session on the cross-trainer at the gym plus 40 mins floor work
My total steps was 13,500 :woohoo: feeling good too
Roll on weigh-in on Wednesday

Anticipating a good lose tonight but who knows what the scales will say :scale:
We can only stick to plant and climb on every week :)

Feeling positive and sticking to plan so we will see later :fingerscrossed:
 
Lost 1lb this week not what I wanted but it is a pound in the right direction can't let this rattle my resolve...
