I'm in bed now going to get few hours sleep as my little boy is having some bad nights recently and will no doing be awake from 1am ALL night.
So no chance of me raiding the biscuit tin.

I'm swimming and going for a run tomorrow so hopefully wil balance it out. x

Not had a bad day at all 1360 calories and swimming.

B - wheat biscuits & banana
L - porridge (i know 2 breakfast...weird)
T - poached egg, lf sausage, toast & spaghetti hoops
S - chocolate eclair

Weigh in tomorrow, not expecting a great loss if any at all since coming off a VLCD.

Another reasonably good day for me today, really starting to think I can do this. Not the best choices of food but still a low calorie in take.

B - raspberry muffin @ nero's
L - Half a piece of toast with cheese (half as weaning my LO & he had the other half)
T - Spag bol
S - banana, 2 x oat biscuits & chocolate mousse

Calories = 1200

Calories were abit high today 1700 as my sister made me lunch which was 700 calories on it's own and shes 8 months pregnant so would of felt guilty to of refused it. I tried to keep my calories down after that but had a but of a bigger tea. However I think that's 1000 calories less than what I would of had if I wasn't CC.

Out shopping tomorrow so hopefully will walk it off.

My aim was to lose 41lb by the time I returned to work once finished maternity in April (already lost 15lb). But I was on a VLCD when I said that and going back in April but now I'm calorie counting and going back the 13th Feb, so obviously not possible now.

Just thinking up my new target...26lb off by 18th May (this is my first holiday of the year) 15 weigh ins before which is 2lb a week *worried face* can I do it?
 
Erm, not the greatest of days... 1'900 calories. I'll write off today and start again tomorrow.

It's not that bad either, probably under your maintenance calories so don't worry about it! New day today :)
 
I have no idea what has been wrong with me this weekend, Yesterday 1900 calories and today 1500 calories I'm start to be having about 1300!!

I know why my calorie intake is bigger than normal though, been organising and stressing get things done before I go back to work so haven't been thinking ahead to meal times.

Tomorrow will be 1300 and no more.

B - Porridge & raisins
L - Quavers & 2 x bread
T - 2 x grilled sausage, spaghetti rings & egg
S - kitkat & 2 x rich tea
 
Been abit quiet as starting back to work on Monday so been running round like a blue a**e fly trying to get everything sorted.

Well weigh in day was today and I've lost 2lb, I'm so pleased with that as not really done any exercise this week.
 
After my 2lb loss I had a blow out on chinese, wine and beer (whoops!)

I had a look at the scales this morning and I've gained 6lb *WTF!!*

I'm hoping it's just it's water retention and I'm not set myself up for a gain this week.
